I was really hoping for some smart harmony effects. Hopefully that’s something that Positive Grid can add with a firmware update down the road.

Does it have outputs for additional speakers say one behind the drummer and one extra to make your love sound stereo?

I'm very interested in this unit, but I'll wait until it's at GC. That way I can easily return it if it doesn't do what I want. Currently I use an EV EVERSE 8 for my solo gigs.

Is it easy to record through the Spark Live into the computer, vocals and electric guitar at the same time?

I have the tiny spark go, and it’s very nice, but it’s just not loud enough when I play my acoustic guitar through it, it would be great if you guys could design some presets that would maximize the output utilizing compressors and preamp to maximize the potential of highest volume without distortion when using an acoustic guitar or even Vocals

@positivegrid. This comment is for Positive Grid product managers. Please take this as constructive feedback. For some reason, all the KZread clips demonstrating vocals have been subpar. No gigging singer would be OK with this quality of sound. Before people get put off, please demonstrate vocal sounds that are professional-sounding. Everything I've heard seems squished and unnatural. I'm hoping this is fixable with the onboard effects but it needs to be shown. You're selling yourselves short, otherwise, because the rest of the package makes the product compelling. P.S. I'm waiting to replace my Fishman Loudbox Artist with the Spark for this reason.

I was excited about this, but most of those vocal presets sound like crap.

Maybe I missed something? Channel 2 is the best channel for Acoustic Guitar OR Vocals..... but what if I need Acoustic Guitar AND Vocals? This amp looks perfect for a gigging solo player but if it can't handle Vocals and Acoustic Guitar simultaneously then it's fallen at the first hurdle. I'm hoping that I'm wrong so I hope that someone can put me right.

The PG website lists CH1 as being for electric, acoustic or bass guitar. Yes, you can. Input 1(front input) can also be used with acoustic! You just need to assign an acoustic amp to one of the front pre-sets!

Soundsgreat BUT you have to include pitch correction. Its a must have for everybody and would increase the amount of players who would buy this.

I’m a bit disappointed with the vocal side of my Spark live at the moment. Positive grid needs to add a harmonizer pedal, de-esser, and pitch correction to really make this amp stand out. The vocals sound a bit dry otherwise! 🤔

I think Sophie ia a great guitarist but pls have someone demo the pa who is known for being a singer/guitarist so we have an idea how good this would sound for us live. Truly hated this demo

Sounds great and looks like a great tool. But agreed: pitch correction is a *must these days for live vocals.

practice and learn the right key, past musicians had to work their butts off to sing in key, do the same, not all these crutches or baby wheels to help you perform.

It's a sad day when people are asking for pitch correction on something aimed at live musicians. Not a problem with it in the studio occasionally but if you're that ropey you need it live too then maybe just leave it up to people who can actually sing. (unless you specifically want the 'Cher' effect of course ;-)

@@pharmer45 My biggest issue with the comment is that the person describes it as a "must" in the general for live singing. If someone wants to use it, fine whatever, but don't make it seem like it's a necessity.

Why don't you add something useful like autotune instead of alot of unuseful vocal effects.

As a blind musician, I’m always disappointed at the lack of accessibility in your apps and products. I would love this but I’m not willing to pay all this money to find I can’t do anything unless I can look at an app or a screen. Please catch up with the real world and start providing accessibility for all musicians, not just the ones with eyes.

The Spark Live can actually function direct connect to Spark Control X footswitch without the Spark App. i believe this is the first Spark amp to be able to play independently of the app.

Unfortunately that’s the nature of these kind of products. App driven so yeah you definitely need to be able to look at the app to use all of its features…

I would buy this immediately if it had VOCAL EFFECTS.....not all your existing guitar effects on a new channel called "VOCALS". Cmon guys, I can do this with my spark mini by running a microphone into it instead of a guitar. Please please also do a PROPER demo in a room other than the bathroom or closet where this was recorded. For the price of this Amp, and many of your other NEW GEAR items this year, you owe your customers THAT much at least. I have been a Positive Grid supporter for MANY years, but this year has been a huge let down. crummy demo vids, KZread videos out days before your 'subscriber mailing lists' even see an email, and the crazy prices you are charging these days. It's just getting to be too much.....

Hi, channel 2 features 3 new pre-amps and 10 brand new effects specifically for vocals. Access to the other effects is an added bonus for more tonal possibilities, and to use with instruments like acoustic guitar and bass.

Are you dumb? Do you think this amp only has one channel? It has multiple channels, two of which have effects for guitar, bass and vocals.
