hello i have a problem i hope you can help me but when i go to spotify on the spark app it says "Fetch playlist fail:-1" and it also does the same with my brothers spark app i dont know why please help.

Will the release of the spark 2 release more pedals and packs to the spark app? Dont get me wrong theres plenty to choose from on the app but the creativity dwindles down after a bit of use like the amount of effects bias fx has is so good which is a big contrast to the spark app and not only that u can change the order of the pedals on bias but im getting ahead of myself point i need MORE😭

I see a lot of comments about poor customer service. Ill go the opposite way and say it was ok. I pre-ordered the spark live, and the optional battery. When it arrived, it would not work with the battery. As in, the battery was not charging, like there was no battery at all. They sent me a replacement battery, that also didn't work. So obviously the issue was with the amp. I returned the amp and they sent me another spark live plus another battery. So i ended up with a spark live and 3 batteries(they let me keep them). I didn't have to pay for shipping either. Honesty, I think that is about as good as can be expected from customer service. Not to take anything away from the people that had bad experiences ll, but they tend to be the loudest and the ones that have not had problems with customer service tend to stay quiet.

My spark 40 already has an external 12-hour battery and I have a looper pedal so I see no features worth the money difference

Yeah I have a spark mini for my bass and it worked like a charm until it said update firmware. Now it won't connect to Bluetooth. I've been trying to update the firmware but honestly spark of you reading this. You need to come up with a more user-friendly process. It's kind of a ridiculous procedure. You almost have to have a goddamn degree in computer science to download. This is ridiculous. Come on spark

Now try it from 5 feet away in a home full of Bluetooth, wifi, and smart devices everywhere...😅 I got the Fender Telepath because of the 5.8ghz wireless frequency, which gives it a much more stable connection than any other wireless system I've tried (which all, including this one from Spark, use 2.4ghz).

Higher quality, higher data probably. Like legacy Line 6 tones vs HD and Hx tones on Line 6 products.

I don't want to sound like a positive grid simp, but I do love the products. I have the RIFF, the GO, the Mini, and the orginal Spark 40, plus Bias FX and amps. I'm not entirely sure I even need this, especially because it isn't much of a discount for previous owners. I guess if it were $200, I'd probably pull the trigger, but I really can't justify owning it. Anyway, glad it's getting upgraded.

The lack of a instrument selection knob (coustic, bass, electric etc) is a major major f-ck up... It means that when PG skips supportfor your amp/the app, the amp is more or less useless.....

Wow. First PG gets tons of people to buy the cab, then they release the Spk live which tons of people have bought, and now this. Pure greed. I have been on board since JamUp through Bias FX 2, love them, but where are the Celestion speakers promised coming soon from the time of release. They put out the Jimi and Omnyss packs out to purchase, but still no Celestions. I also have a Riff (bad marketing), Spk Go and Mini. Love them,, but I’m done with PG.
