Spare tire mount for trailer , toyhauler , DIY
I mounted spare tire on drop down ramp door on my trailer, this way the tire is easily accessible and not taking room inside.

How thick is the plywood? How long were the self tapping screws?

Plywood on the ramp door is 3/4 of an inch, self taping screws are about 3/4 long.
Where do you get the bracket?
