*CHAVACANO 101* In my native language Chavacano, a Spanish-based creole language in the Philippines and in Asia, specifically the variant, dialect, or variety of Chavacano de Zamboanga or the Zamboangueño Chavacano, here are the translations of the English and Spanish vocabulary words in the video: 1. familia 2. abuela / lola (informal: aguela) 3. abuelo / lolo (informal: aguelo) 4. maga abuelo / abuelos / maga lolo (grandfathers), maga abuela / abuelas / maga lola (grandmothers), abuelo y abuela / lolo y lola (grandparents), maga abuelo y abuela / maga lolo y lola (grandparents), maga abuelo y maga abuela / maga lolo y maga lola (grandfathers and grandmothers/grandparents) 5. mujer / esposa 6. marido / esposo 7. hermana 8. hermano 9. anak / anak mujer / mujer anak / hija 10. anak / anak hombre / hombre anak / hijo 11. mayores (parent/parents), tata y nana/tata'y nana (father and mother/parents), maga tata (fathers/parents), maga nana (mothers/parents) "padres" in Chavacano is rarely used for or to mean "parents", because it usually or commonly means "fathers/priests" for most of us 12. tata "padre" in Chavacano is rarely used for or to mean "father", because usually or commonly it means "father/priest" for most of us 13. nana "madre" in Chavacano is rarely used for or to mean "mother", because it usually or commonly means "sister/nun" for most of us 14. papa / papá / papang / papáng / pang / dad / daddy / di (these are also usually or commonly capitalised when used as a name call, name replacement, or term of endearment) 15. mama / mamá / mamang / mamáng / mang / mom / mommy / mi (these are also usually or commonly capitalized when used as a name call, name replacement, or term of endearment) 16. prima 17. primo 18. tia / auntie (informally: anti) (these are also usually or commonly capitalized when used as a name call or name replacement) 19. tio / uncle (informally: angkol/ankol/ankel/angkel) (these are also usually or commonly capitalized when used as a name call or name replacement) 20. sobrino 21. sobrina

It's improving slowly day by day. I'm a beginner, I started learning from other sources then I found this channel today and I kinda like the way they teach, it's very direct and easy to understand so I'm looking to watch all their Spanish videos then I will look for another source to keep going. For now, I know quite a lot of words and can have small basic conversations. I can also count up to 100. I love the spanish language so much, it's so beautiful. I started learning it because I love spanish shows. I truly hope I can master it and be fluent like I am in English. I currently speak 3 languages so Spanish will be 4th if I succeed. I wish I had a spanish speaking friend to help me improve faster.
Giada✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
