22:45 oh, man the layout made me laugh my lungs out. Was also expecting a more conventional-ish layout but... oh, well.

I would like to direct everyones attention to the destroyer at 22:08. Yes the battle ship is bad and looks like someone put the turrets on backwards but the destroyer has alternating heights of decks, a turrent on one of the lower decks, and what I can only describe as half a tower. but hey a shit ton of torpedoes .
A pocket super cruiser! Hoorah! Might feel cramped, but I expect you'll find Santa Marias punch well above their weight/cost. If you increase the secondaries to 2.9 longs, they'll be less irrelevant for a minimal weight increase.

Just build a double Nelson! -to, the Japanese What, there is no space? Well then why are your turrets strangely placed?

I don't suppose it would improve invasion probabilities if you had every one of their ports blockaded? It seems like something that should work in real life, at any rate.

The Japanese design plan is to build ships that are so ridiculous that targeting personal are unable to relay targeting data dew to them rolling on the floor laughing. That or the designers where on acid for the design🤗
