To avoid having the spaghetti getting stuck add 2 tablespoons of Greek olive oil..
You mut add much tomato sauce and no water! your sauce is too liquid.... it doesn't works.

10 minutes max for the pasta cooking, only 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of pepper added to the cooked tomato sauce. This way should have a better result
Why adding all this water, you should add more tomato sauce,, also, since you boiled the spaghetti 4 minutes more than the recommended time, you shouldn't leave the spaghetti boiling with the sauce long time ,otherwise it will be way overcooked, this isn't that way it served even at the Greek restaurants, that's my advice..
Too much water!!! The sauce should be on the thick side.
Sorry Mister, if you leave pasta 15 minutes of boiling time instead of the suggested 9 min, this would become a SOUP not a spaghetti dish. Also because later you cooked more and more again your spaghetti inside the souce. Are You serious, Sir? Kalispera.

I always cook my pasta for 13 - 15 minutes; it doesn't come out as soup; it comes with the texture that I like. I know that you may disagree with that but I'm cooking for me.
