I am glad to hear it. The holidays ate into my time a bit and delayed this release. Working on the thigh pieces right now. They should be next.

Amazing, fabulous , love your work? Just one little suggestion, speed up the video when you are doing the glue-ups. It would pick up the pace and energy level of the video. But, otherwise I think you are a genius for figuring out this amazing design patterns to get these great looking 41k space marine helmets!

I really appreciate the feedback and I actually did something similar in my first few videos. I have also gotten feedback from folks that they want everything uncut so they can search for the parts they are having trouble with and see what I did. Perhaps I could make two videos for each build, one abbreviated and one full length?

Hello ! Let's say I am 1,73 m tall but I want the armor size to be more lore-friendly. Can I scale it to more or less 1,9 m and use stilts? Thank you again for your amazing builds and vids!

You can, and folks have scaled my patterns up to full size marines and have used stilts. @InquisitorCrafts on Instagram is a good example. The easiest way is to build a full size avatar in Armorsmith and scale up my patterns. I made a video that shows how to scale with Armorsmith and have put them on the channel. kzread.info/dash/bejne/nX2Yt9GqmJqzd9Y.htmlsi=o5yHeWYsg9fJnTb5

Just picked up the pattern on Etsy. I'm kinda new to Warhammer. What chapter of space marines would be lore appropriate for this armor?

To my knowledge, all Loyalist chapters have accepted Primaris Marines so you have a lot to choose from. If you really wanted a Chaos Space Marine, you could just say you are a recent convert to Chaos and go with whatever CSM chapter you wanted, but the Black Legion would make the most sense. They take just about anybody.

This is definitely something I would like to pursue when I have the time for it. I realize that when I am speaking with the mask on, it is less than intelligible. Thanks for the feedback!

HELLO donde compras las laminas de foam de 10 mm please?

I get all of my foam for my example builds from a local craft store. That does not sound like an option for you. Amazon has a lot different vendor with it available (www.amazon.com/eva-foam-10mm/s?k=eva+foam+10mm) but that may just be inside the US and not international, so your search results may vary. I end up building each piece several times while I am developing the templates and use pretty inexpensive foam for my example builds. There are also smaller companies that provide high quality foam like The Foamery (thefoamory.com/) who may also ship international for extra. I personally like their foam. It is dense and has a nice surface texture and seals nicely. Keep exploring alternatives and please do not hesitate to ask if you need any assistance.

Why not choose to build an separately and then combine them on your face for a great example the mask bit what colour is your eyes nose and mouth why can’t you attach that to something like your mask you use while you were painting the glue on what then doesn’t need it then to fold a give way sign it could go over your head and then you can have both of them on individually so you wouldn’t need to worry about bending of moving a bit out to get the rest of your face on

It is interesting you should mention that. If you have seen the video of the Armouring of a Space Marine (kzread.info/dash/bejne/f4qpxMaLqbiZfcY.html), I do have plans, at some point, to construct the helmets in about 3 to 4 pieces that you can then use magnets to connect to one another. Part of the reason it is engineered how you see it right now is that some parts rely on other parts that would not normally be necessary to maintain their shape. It is foam. It is not a rigid material. I will likely have internal support structures that folks will need to 3d print in order to accomplish what we have mentioned. What I have made is meant to serve as a base helmet for your projects. It represents maybe half the work you will need to do for a quality helmet. You still need to post process the surfaces, seal them, and paint them. Come up with how you want to do the hoses and the eye lenses. I would suggest transparent LEDs with built in refractory material for the eye lenses, but there are a lot of things you can do. This does not represent a finished product.
