Let's remember that X-Rated was picked up by Mau5trap, which is Deadmau5's label, & by no means would've Deadmau5 ever allowed a phony in the label let's be real now lol. Excision just lost his spark in production, but the hate on Excision I don't understand to this extent. Excision handles the biggest bass music related festival that tours around STILL, his room for experimentation is limited because you could argue his focus is on tours such as Lost Lands, and other festivals of the like. Yes his music has gone downhill into an extremely generic way, however he still is influential & important to the scene.
