It was a trackday with lots of rain. Only the last two stints in the afternoon were dry. But wow! What a track. One of the best tracks in the world in my opinion. Flowy fast corners, nice change turns, slow sharp corners, a long straight and lots of elevation. Perfect! Was the first time I decided to push a bit more with my (still quite new) Aprilia. Got a good feeling now and really enjoy riding this bike.
Thanks again to ‪@droneshotsbyole‬ for helping with filming and editing. Great work and lots of fun !!!

    Nice to see an Ape just munching riders on track and I appreciate the 2020 tribute livery (having a '20 myself). I don't think there's another bike under $30k that makes you feel as super human as you do on the RSV4 Factory. That sound and torque omg! Keep up the good work, subscribed 👏 👍.

    Sau geil und sau schnell! Die Strecke verträgt Leistung...war dir das Federbein hinten zu weich / zu viel "pumpen"?

    @@DK-vj5nd Sowas lese ich gerne 😄 das federbein habe ich bis jetzt nicht verstanden 😅 in mettet und zolder war es total ruhig. da bin ich aber auch noch nicht so hart ans gas gegangen. in assen dann schon, da war sie in allen kurven total ruhig außer in der langsamen links und dann hinten nach der doppel rechts. da hat sie noch mehr gepumpt als hier in dem video. das war schon nervig. reifenbild sah super aus. wollte dann in spa eigentlich ein bisschen am federbein verstellen. es gab aber nur 2 trockene turns da hab ich mich dann aufs fahren konzentriert. hatte sehr viel vertrauen und ein bisschen bewegung ist ja okay. bin in zwei wochen am nürburgring, da wollte ich mal ein bisschen mit zug und druckstufe herumprobieren. die gabel finde ich super. hatte in meiner kawa ne closed cartridge gabel, die war schon geil. hier bei der aprilia hab ich aber auch ein sehr gutes gefühl. also tauschen werde ich da nichts, dafür muss ich erst noch schneller werden. aber bisschen ruhigeres heck beim rausbeschleunigen wäre schon nett

    @@TimBergerRacing Die alten RSV4 haben hinten einfach eine Nummer härtere Feder bekommen und dann wars gut...freue mich auf das Nbg Vid

    Welche Wassertemperatur hast du beim fahren bei welcher Außentemperatur? Ich meine da 91°C vor der Eau Rouge zu lesen?

    ja genau glaube zwischen 87-92 grad. ist der standardkühler mit dickeren schläuchen. da waren es jetzt glaube ich so 20 grad außentemperatur und um die 90 grad ist ja okay. wenn es super heiß wird dann wird sie bestimmt auch auf die 100 grad gehen, das wäre natürlich nicht so toll. fahre das mopped erst seit dieser saison, daher hab ich wenig erfahrung gemacht. aber ich fahre nicht in spanien oder so. für 1-2 events im jahr muss ich da glaube ich keine paar tausend eur für einen racing kühler zahlen 😅

    @@TimBergerRacing War letztes WE am Panonia bei 32° hatte die 97° beim fahren; das ist zu viel. Es gibt ne Möglichkeit mit Mapping (fetter) etwas runterzukommen oder anstelle der Lüfter einen Zusatzkühler anzubauen...

    @@Trackdaygenius Thanks! GoPro 11 Black and then I do some color grading in davinci resolve. the quality is great but I have a lot of issues with GoPro shutting down in almost every stint now. Very annoying. Tried many different batteries, updates, SD cards, formatting. Nothing helps. So I switch to Insta360 Ace Pro now

    @@TimBergerRacing Shame. Go pro has great quality footage, especially with ND filters. I myself have an Ace Pro but it's not as sharp in the same lighting as traditional Go Pro late models. There's also a bit more microjitter when using ND filters, depending on the settings as seen in the N. Canepa videos on here.

    @@andreas9119 I like the settings from canepa. he has a lot of motion blur, but I think it looks great, a bit more intense. However I agree that the pure image quality of Gopro is the best. But I hear from many people that the reliability of the GoPro starting with series 10 in a nightmare. And I personally freaked out a lot when I had great track action and then found out that the camera didnt record. drives me crazy! 🤪

    How was the noise level with the RSV4. Did you get flagged for being too loud? I've been told Spa is a little strict on the noise level. What's your exhaust setup?

    @@snikwadRR I have the standard DB killer of the Akrapovic. in the DB control in the morning I actually had issues but the put the DB measuring device too close to the exhaust. They let me ride anyways and I didnt get a black flag. I saw very few black flags… in Assen or Mettet or Zolder they are much stricter in my opinion. But I have a second DIY DB killer I can use in case I get problems. Then its silent enough but loses a lot of power 🥲

    @@snikwadRR yes. I saw almost no one who wasnt allowed to ride in spa. and when we were riding almost no one got a black flag. with my aprilia I got a black flag in mettet and about 30 other riders as well. so I would say easier than mettet. but maybe it depends a bit on the people who are on duty that day. I just suggest you build a very silent second DB killer. to have something in hand if you get problems ;)

    @@snikwadRR by the way I have a video on my channel with my Kawasaki from Mettet where I did some 1:09 laps in traffic and then a new video with the Aprilia where I tried to do the same with the Aprilia. Maybe also interesting for you to watch ✌🏻
