wird schon 😄 ja auf der Geraden geht die Aprilia natürlich gut vorwärts. Aber auf dieser Strecke hat man mit einer 600er glaube ich kaum Nachteile. Ich denke auf der Start Ziel und auf der Gegengeraden mit der schnellen Links macht man mit einer 1000er Meter gut. Aber auf dem ganzen Rest hat man mit einer 600er Vorteile. An dem Tag war auch ein junger Bursche mit einer 300er da und hat eine 1:10 gesetzt 😅

Welche Wassertemperatur hast du beim fahren bei welcher Außentemperatur? Ich meine da 91°C vor der Eau Rouge zu lesen?

ja genau glaube zwischen 87-92 grad. ist der standardkühler mit dickeren schläuchen. da waren es jetzt glaube ich so 20 grad außentemperatur und um die 90 grad ist ja okay. wenn es super heiß wird dann wird sie bestimmt auch auf die 100 grad gehen, das wäre natürlich nicht so toll. fahre das mopped erst seit dieser saison, daher hab ich wenig erfahrung gemacht. aber ich fahre nicht in spanien oder so. für 1-2 events im jahr muss ich da glaube ich keine paar tausend eur für einen racing kühler zahlen 😅

@@TimBergerRacing War letztes WE am Panonia bei 32° hatte die 97° beim fahren; das ist zu viel. Es gibt ne Möglichkeit mit Mapping (fetter) etwas runterzukommen oder anstelle der Lüfter einen Zusatzkühler anzubauen...

@@DK-vj5nd Sowas lese ich gerne 😄 das federbein habe ich bis jetzt nicht verstanden 😅 in mettet und zolder war es total ruhig. da bin ich aber auch noch nicht so hart ans gas gegangen. in assen dann schon, da war sie in allen kurven total ruhig außer in der langsamen links und dann hinten nach der doppel rechts. da hat sie noch mehr gepumpt als hier in dem video. das war schon nervig. reifenbild sah super aus. wollte dann in spa eigentlich ein bisschen am federbein verstellen. es gab aber nur 2 trockene turns da hab ich mich dann aufs fahren konzentriert. hatte sehr viel vertrauen und ein bisschen bewegung ist ja okay. bin in zwei wochen am nürburgring, da wollte ich mal ein bisschen mit zug und druckstufe herumprobieren. die gabel finde ich super. hatte in meiner kawa ne closed cartridge gabel, die war schon geil. hier bei der aprilia hab ich aber auch ein sehr gutes gefühl. also tauschen werde ich da nichts, dafür muss ich erst noch schneller werden. aber bisschen ruhigeres heck beim rausbeschleunigen wäre schon nett

How was the noise level with the RSV4. Did you get flagged for being too loud? I've been told Spa is a little strict on the noise level. What's your exhaust setup?

@@snikwadRR I have the standard DB killer of the Akrapovic. in the DB control in the morning I actually had issues but the put the DB measuring device too close to the exhaust. They let me ride anyways and I didnt get a black flag. I saw very few black flags… in Assen or Mettet or Zolder they are much stricter in my opinion. But I have a second DIY DB killer I can use in case I get problems. Then its silent enough but loses a lot of power 🥲

I saw almost no one who wasnt allowed to ride in spa. and when we were riding almost no one got a black flag. with my aprilia I got a black flag in mettet and about 30 other riders as well. so I would say easier than mettet. but maybe it depends a bit on the people who are on duty that day. I just suggest you build a very silent second DB killer. to have something in hand if you get problems ;)

@@Trackdaygenius Thanks! GoPro 11 Black and then I do some color grading in davinci resolve. the quality is great but I have a lot of issues with GoPro shutting down in almost every stint now. Very annoying. Tried many different batteries, updates, SD cards, formatting. Nothing helps. So I switch to Insta360 Ace Pro now

@@TimBergerRacing Shame. Go pro has great quality footage, especially with ND filters. I myself have an Ace Pro but it's not as sharp in the same lighting as traditional Go Pro late models. There's also a bit more microjitter when using ND filters, depending on the settings as seen in the N. Canepa videos on here.

@@andreas9119 I like the settings from canepa. he has a lot of motion blur, but I think it looks great, a bit more intense. However I agree that the pure image quality of Gopro is the best. But I hear from many people that the reliability of the GoPro starting with series 10 in a nightmare. And I personally freaked out a lot when I had great track action and then found out that the camera didnt record. drives me crazy! 🤪

Nice Nice Nice!! I absolutely love the Aprilia RSV4. There are always more than a handful of them on trackdays. Im 173cm and my 2017 Superpole RF fits me like my hero Biaggi, just wish I had 20% of his ability. Jokes aside my stock Ohlins has been set up for my weight etc and its just amazing everywhere.

moin. ja kann man so sagen. weil der kat sitzt bei der factory im ESD. also braucht man nur den racing akra slip on und hat eigentlich eine akra komplettanlage. ECU ist geflasht, sprich mapping darauf angepasst. klingt schon hübsch, find ich auch 🤙🏻 danke!

yes you can see it blinking in some corners, like the first sharp left. but its super smooth. actually the manual grip of the bike is great. but in the corners where the TC actually cuts, it works really good 👍🏻 much better than my old kawa 😅

i am not sure yet what causes the shaking. it also happened at the exit of the double right. i will be in spa on monday and try to work a bit with the damper. tire was looking great though. maybe i was pulling the handlebars or didnt push my feet enough into the pegs. that can also cause shaking. but i saw the TC also working when it was not shaking, you may check my video in mettet. but only in a few corners

Hi Tim. I'm thinking about buying an 2024 rsv4 for trackdays myself. I was wondering how u fit on the bike. my biggest concers is that neeing 1.84m tall is going to be a problem on this bike. Also I see u have the ohlins EC2 suspension still on and not gone for a cartridge or the standard rsv4 1100 model how do u find the stock ohlins EC2 to be behaving for track use?. Also what was the reason with going for the Factory model as opposed to the ''stock'' rsv4?

nice! the old RSV4s were way too small for me (I am 1.86m). now the new model is very comfortable, i think even better than my kawasaki. so that is no problem. regarding suspension: I see a lot of club racers and semi professional racers using this electronic suspension. its definitely capable of very fast laptimes. I got the factory model for a good bargain, so I took it. if you wanna build a top end track bike, you may take the base model and buy a KTECH or Öhlins manual cartridge. but I dont think it will make you faster ;) greetings from TT circuit Assen ✌🏻

I was wondering if u have a race ECU from aprilia or if u flashed the ECU. And if so where did u get the race ECU from?

@@vincentdehamer431 sorry I forgot to answer. yes I think the electronic suspension will do. 1:43 with a 750 is already pretty good! 👍🏻 I was in spa franchorchamps on Monday and it was the first trackday where I really pushed the Aprilia. Only 2 dry stints but I was happy with a 2:35,9. Second fastest rider of the day. And there is still a lot room. With this suspension a really fast rider can definitely go below 2:30 there. Just buy what seems to be a good deal. I always say better invest in good tires than top end parts. Thats definitely helping much more with lap times ✌🏻

super good bike. much more power and easier into corners, also the gearbox is great. and im sure the biggest difference is electronics but i didnt risk much now at the first trackday. i think i can go quite easily 2 seconds faster with the aprilia than with my kawasaki. but the kawasaki is 13 years old already, so the aprilia should be faster of course ;)

no, I threw the ABS module out. At first I just disconnected it. But the hoses are still very long to the module. So last year I changed the hoses and connected them directly to the calipers. better feeling 👍🏻
Good thing that zx10r got a bad start hes on it cant beat a zx10r such agood bike everything good love my 2020 zx10r best bike ever wont ride anything else now

sure. the camera comes in a small magnetic case. i just used this plastic case, drilled 4 small holes in it. 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. then i used a strong thread to attach the case to the fabric cover of the inner part of the helmet (styrofoam) right to your cheek. so you can charge the cam outside and when you want to record you just open the visor and clip the cam to the magnetic case inside the helmet

I got the factory model for a good bargain, so I took it. if you wanna build a top end track bike, you may take the base model and buy a KTECH or Öhlins manual cartridge. but I dont think it will make you faster ;) greetings from TT circuit Assen ✌🏻
@@TimBergerRacing Yeah agreed, the EC2 that comes stock is going to serve me well enough i geuss, my laptimes at zolder were around the 1.43 mark on the 750 so still a long way to go. I was wondering if u have a race ECU from aprilia or if u flashed the ECU. And if so where did u get the race ECU from?
@@vincentdehamer431 sorry I forgot to answer. yes I think the electronic suspension will do. 1:43 with a 750 is already pretty good! 👍🏻 I was in spa franchorchamps on Monday and it was the first trackday where I really pushed the Aprilia. Only 2 dry stints but I was happy with a 2:35,9. Second fastest rider of the day. And there is still a lot room. With this suspension a really fast rider can definitely go below 2:30 there. Just buy what seems to be a good deal. I always say better invest in good tires than top end parts. Thats definitely helping much more with lap times ✌🏻

Nice riding mate, i just purchased a 21 Factory that was still brand new at a shop with akra pipe and mapping. Can't wait to ride it once im cleared to ride again. Had back surgery 6 weeks ago so recovery for now haha 🤙

super good bike. much more power and easier into corners, also the gearbox is great. and im sure the biggest difference is electronics but i didnt risk much now at the first trackday. i think i can go quite easily 2 seconds faster with the aprilia than with my kawasaki. but the kawasaki is 13 years old already, so the aprilia should be faster of course ;)

Grappig. Ik zie mijzelf terug in het filmpje. Op 2:12 minuten haal je mij in (rode CBR600RR). Goed gereden ieder geval. Heb op die dag ook lekker gereden. Pr van 1.55. Nu hopelijk volgend jaar weer wat sneller :-)!

no, I threw the ABS module out. At first I just disconnected it. But the hoses are still very long to the module. So last year I changed the hoses and connected them directly to the calipers. better feeling 👍🏻

sure. the camera comes in a small magnetic case. i just used this plastic case, drilled 4 small holes in it. 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. then i used a strong thread to attach the case to the fabric cover of the inner part of the helmet (styrofoam) right to your cheek. so you can charge the cam outside and when you want to record you just open the visor and clip the cam to the magnetic case inside the helmet
