Hello Chef. Making a rare Monday cooking show? Quite the dish and looks very nice. Never heard of pork hock. What is it? Yesterday, I made a chicken pineapple chow fun. My girlfriend's sister and mother just loved the noodles in the dish. I think I'll make more next month. My mother in law has a worker services on weekends and she's Chinese. Not only she was impressed by my cookings which I showed her but told me there's a Chinese grocery store opened up not too long ago. Me and the girlfriend will check it out tomorrow. From the pictures she shared, it looks promising. I'll keep you in the loop lol. Wishing you and your family, a Happy Thanksgiving this Thursday. Thank you Chef.

It is the part between pig foot and pig ham. They are available in asian grocery that have meat dept. Made chicken & pineapple to chow fun? That sound good. No wonder they love it. A new opening chineses grocery in your area, would be nice. Happy Thanksgiving. I know Canadian one , was few weeks ago. Thanks for watching.

Yes. Pork bones marrows are tasty but tasty. Large part of legs bones. When cut cross section. Inside the bones are soft fatty like substance. They are also excellent for making broth. Thanks for asking.
