Gp6 or the pmg 2 is my favorite since it was the gas mask the chernobyl liquidators used

I noticed with my GP-5 i sound less muffled when I talk with it on now rather than when I bought it I sounded super muffled for a while when it was new

So i recently bought gasmasks for my collection but i still dont have the gp6. 3 questions: 1: Is GP6 rare? 2: Is the GP4 hose removable, i couldnt ask the buyer.. 3: Does the GP7 head thing to keep it in shape for every gp7 or its something you put it in later afterwards

1. The gp6 is not rare, but is a good mask. 2. Gp-4 hose is not removable. 3. Gp-7 usually come with the plastic head thing.

Good video I like you mask videos the GP7 has a proifial seal thing on inside and head harness is bad for hair

Hey I got a gp5 (obviously I didn't wear the filter) but my eyes got all red and I started to snot and cry of coarse I took a shower and I felt better but also washed the mask what could it be?

A hose allows you to put a larger filter (lasts longer etc) inside a haversack/satchel bag then hang it around your waist, this means the straps of the bag support the heavier filter, most modern masks prefer to fit a filter to the left or right side of the mask or directly below. A good thing about a hose design is you could attach several hoses together so they drag along the floor, and use that to escape from a burning building.

Can you recomend a cheap and comfortable gas mask that takes 40mm nato filters?

That doesn't sound like a GP-5 bag, the mask has most likely been put inside another bag.

GP4 is rare and hasnt been mass produced, getting accurate sizes are hard. And mine looks small on everyone even my smaller of frienfs

You should clean those mask they might have talcum powder on them

Some of of those old hoses have talcum on them to, I want to buy a hose for my M65, but I don't want an old soviet hose that might be cracked and/or have talcum on it have any recommendations?

The only nation I know of that still makes hoses is Israel, but they might be quite expensive to buy.
