The 4th of July fireworks are going off on the fishing scene. Seabass and halibut up north, bass biting along the beach, yellows and seabass at the islands and tuna offshore. It's a night-time bite. I recommend getting your dropper rigs ready. I think the ticket is 350 gram jigs.
