Abberation is an ever stronger example, portal literally say *EASIEST* and there's basilisks and raptors everywhere. In fact, i've never seen more basilisks in any other part of the green zone

The strongest example is the bog on Genesis 1. Marked as easy when there are Kapros, Swarms of bog flies, bloodstalkers, and so much more. The Arctic is the safest spawn on Gen 1

The bronto part got me lol.. Anyway if anyone have probs with dying in early game, please consider to tame dilo and level up on health, and bring it with you when exploring or gathering in early game, you can always sacrifice your dilo for your own safety in case if something goes wrong.

You're that type of people, who denied a popular opinion just to make yourself looks smarter even though you don't know what you're talking and what you're denying I'm here not giving a milky way theories, i'm giving a tips to whoever dying easily on ark since its really annoying for beginner especially when getting agroed by theri. That's the problem, since raptor need more effort to tame in early game so sacrificing it is kinda wasteful. Also nobody here talks about those multiplier server, leveling on multiplier settings is really easy, but vanilla? Nope. Notes run only takes 5-10 mins FOR experienced player, what are you expecting from a beginner at vanilla server? Looking to wikis while standing still at swamp? Also no one talks about notes run or whatsoever.

Ngl I'd you don't have a base set up and atleast like 13dinos tamed in 20 in game day then ur finna get jumped by a alpha Raptor if not then a Alpha Carnotaurus. Just a tip incase you thought you where safe

Pro tip: start in very hard zone you will survive longer

@@DarkN25 Lol I literally had the exact same thing happen to me today- spawned on the Center lava island and heard LOUD stomping as the unskippable start animation played. I barely got to start turning before **you were killed by a rex- lvl 145!**

I remember when I thought Ark was like any other game, where it's super easy to live around spawn, and gets more difficult farther from it. Then I found myself directly in front of a spino while hunting dodos.

on my first playthrought i spawned on beach that have cliff facing that small island two packs of raptor were blocking the left and right paths

The swamp spawn in the East is supposed to be "Medium" like the West spawn.... that make no sense....

I started in the easy area, built a base, had a couple decent beginner tames. Went to travel, and found out every corner of my base had alpha raptors and spinos😂

zone 2 (hard) is the easiest you can immidiently go to the forest and into the oasis unless ur unlucky and there are sarco or raptors but if not then its a great place cuz its really big it has lots of ways you can go and there are these boys that do the thingy in the water and it leaves lots of cementing paste so you dont have to spend time on it

Always spawn at South 2 there is a lot of metal and I always build on the little island there. Not the island in the ocean.

you forgot the worst part: the only way to escape is through the ocean cause right behind the spawn there is the swamp and the redwoods. im literally at level 63 because i spawned there and didnt know how to get out, and the best tame i have is an anky bro

I’ve honestly never had issues with south zone 1 any time I start a world on the island I always spawn there and build my first base. Rarely do I find 8 compys in the same area and almost never in this spot, I never see more than 1 maybe 2 dilos and as for mega piranhas they’re slow and easy to take care of with a spear, baryonyx and spinos CAN spawn in the water but rarely and since they both prefer fish to humans it’s easy to get them off you. Attacking a trike or getting close to a therizino is just stupid as with any large herbivore. troodons are everywhere as are raptors so in reality compared to other spawnpoints I think south 1 is pretty nice

Idk bout y'all but when I first started Ark a couple of months ago I started at South Zone 1 was pretty well off. I did get pissy because I died plenty far away from there so I just restarted from scratch and began at Zone 2 and found it a better place because metal was so near.

That's because it IS an easy area. The only problem is when people try to play Ark like it's any other video game. In most games, you, the playable character, are THE most powerful thing in the game, and you can beat anything so long as you're leveled up enough, or have the right weapons, know what you're doing etc. In Ark, you, the playable character, are basically the absolute weakest thing in the game, and you'd do well to remember that. The only reason noobs struggle with Ark, especially in areas like this, is because the minute you give someone a video game controller, they think they're suddenly Rambo 🤷🤣

Ark mobile is nothing like ark on console or PC... I played more bile for a year and when I finally bought it on console I could never go back. Mobile is way too laggy and doesn't give anything near like console does. Only one map is allowed, only certain engrams are actually useful, and I could only tame 40 dinos, like I wanna take 600 dinos cause why not

It was nice to see some old friends from South Zone 1 again, like Diplo, Ichthyornis, Spino, and even some Weethertop friends like Raptor, Troodon, and even Therizino! Glad to see they are still terrorizing the "easy" zone.

As a new player, this is the most relatable thing I have seen in a while😂

I had an alpha raptor at south zone 1 once, died to all my dinos, only casualty was my high level pteranodon, and I once had an alpha carno on the plateau.

When i first got ark i made my first base here no wonder whenever i tried exploring that plauteu i kept getting attacked by raptors

Okay so this hits home hard, got into ark about a week ago and had this happen every time, my friend at work said spawn on the far West zone and it's got very few carnivores relative to the "easy" zones

you forgot the spino that was on the left of you when you spawn it sometimes spawns and sometimes dosent

I have over a thosand hours in ark. And still spawn south one every time i join another server even for pvp. Just so nostalgic

You forgot the part where an 8 year old sprints up to you asking for some thatch and gives you permanent swamp fever

I always spawn closest to Herbivore Island and make a beeline there. Lots of materials, and if you can get an anky at the top of the hill there's a shit ton of metal rocks. Only things it's a pain to get is Chitin

I love just love this game, when you have nothing and even a dodo gang can kill you, then you tame some dinos and face the same dinos bullyed you before and you become a king now XD

My first day playing the game and I made a pretty nice base with about 40 Wooden spikes. Needless to say I worked very hard on that base then a alpha raptor came and I could never get it to go away. I never saw that base again.
