Wow what an embarrassing display of unprofessional bully boy policing. They were oozing narcissism, and the one that physically grabbed you for absolutely no reason was the definition of a tyrant, and if he does this on camera goodness knows what he does off camera. His gang mates including his sergeant allowed his out of control behaviour as the norm, and he deserves disciplinary action for calling you and “arsehole” as well as the assault and unacceptable behaviour. It was an interesting exchange, Yardley is abrasive and cuts officer's short and can come across negative however, it's the 'perfect test' for them and therefore, a perfect fail in this case. I find it amazing that none of these officers understand the law of filming in public considering there's thousands of youtube video's/audits out there on the subject and therefore I agree brother... "unprofessional bully boy policing" - They must know however, they ignored. Again, there is no one better than Ski at testing.

Having been a SY police constable, it dismays me intensely to see such unprofessional behaviour from not only rank and file but those in authority who choose to ignore those under their command committing blatant breaches of lying and acting in such a manner to a member of the public. Politeness costs nothing and irrespective of Yardley at times being antagonistic, which here he had a right to be so. As a professional, you rise above it and conduct yourself in a manner befitting your post. And please don't get me started on the collar number malarkey, that really boils my piss, when they can not give straight information. Just imagine how those officers behave when there's no camera. I find it hard to believe that they have never heard of auditors, but still they continue to bully and intimidate at the first opportunity ... because they always have. I'm sure that, deep down, the sergeant knew that his colleagues were over-stepping the mark, especially the contemptuous PC 432, but was very slow to prevent further escalation. The whole point of these video's is to highlight that we do have a right to film in a public place and we definitely have a duty to expose the worst kind of practices within our public services. Nice job, YS.

agreed James ,bang on of the actions of PC 432 is very questionable but his "line manager" is sgt 1900 . who is responsible of his action as acting in office of constable with the 9 principles of policing = Honesty ,Integratory ,fairness ,resect ect PC had no right to use s.117 (use force) as not arresting YS police training use an APP = Betari Box on college of policing .......... google Betari Box yet it still seems to fail their Integrity to hold office serving the crown 🤷‍♂ all the best 🙏

This comment is great and so true.. plus it shows the sergeant would probably hold a prisoner on the say so of an officers word.. without listening to both sides of the story. Even if evidence was against the officer as we have just witnessed.

*A Masterclass on how to stand your ground !* When they make an obviously Wrong statement make sure they answer your response don't let them move onto the next unlawful command. It is a Common tactic they use to frustrate you in the hope you do something they can arrest you for. Nicely dealt with YS.

( I could be wrong, but....) just going on the strength of your videos alone, cops seem to be quick when it comes to laying hands on people. No build-up; just straight into the terrorist-style accusations and, then, an immediate detaining, searching your property, and / or actual arrest. You must have the patience of a saint. That's shocking behaviour by the police by anybody's standards, but considering all the auditing videos about that they must've seen, it just shows the level of arrogance in the force, they don't work for us, they work for companies and have nothing but contempt for members of the public. Overall you should certainly bring this case up with their regional or even a highest nationwide authority for policing/police investigation unit and also press charges against the individual who assaulted you and those who failed to intervene. This could become a huge story if handled properly.

Those were scary police. Came across as totally untrustworthy. They managed to both waste time and assault you. Zip it sounded familiar.

What a shower of ignorant arrogant cops at that station. Well done YS in exposing them and their total ignorance of the law. They acted like a bunch of bullying gang members and NOT like people paid by the public to preserve peace and order. The guy who assaulted you was the worst and the most ignorant, but the rest of them - including the counter staff were rude and obnoxious. I hope you take this further - and SUE.

What a god awful concrete prison they work in, I think I would be like rabid mole if I had to endure that place.

The female officer was highly agitated from the start, and looked so miserable as though she had just lost a parent or a child. Her temperament is not suitable for this job if she behaves like this over what amounts to nothing. The two officers and the office staff at the end showed an appalling lack of civility.

it's really like they are just switched on like robots, like they've been programmed, and seem so busy, yet they're hanging about arguing nothing, but want control. a lot of ego between them. - its like they have no one to answer to up there, same as the met. its like the commissioner has told them to ignore the public.

The good old " have a nice day " from them at the end means they are fuming. I love it when they say it as their ego is in tatters.
