Met Police civil claim Settlement | Sgt Manning and Chums Losers

Abuse of Section 43 Power Met Police Chadwell Heath Operations HQ detained and searched Part Two
• Abuse of Section 43 Po...
So finally the Met have decided to settle and admit to unlawfully detaining me. It has taken over 2 years for this case to be settled.
Maybe because they goy last minute nerves. It was a civil claim that they could not have won. Why, because Sgt Manning and his Chums did unlawfully detain and search me using section 43.
Just to let people know that if you are unlawfully detained by the Police make sure you take legal action against them.
Especially if the Police are abusing thier powers. This is why the Police should be filmed during any interaction.
I must say that this content does have a twist which will surprise you.
But as for Sgt Manning and his Chums that unlawfully detained me.. Just the one word. Losers!

800 quid is a joke 😂 I would have not accepted and insisted on taking it to court! Years ago I was detained for walking down a street, stopped and searched me for some bs while handcuffing me, bruised my wrists, my solicitor ended up getting me over 5500 pounds after deducting his 25% fee. These few hundred pound offers to settle should be taken as a insult.

I am really sick and tired of these compensation payouts! £800 is an insult! It's an insult to the value of your time an physical and mental and emotional well-being. £16,000 would have been a reasonable settlement for what Manning and his gang did to you. Maybe try Ian Gould next time instead of HNK? If I employed people that under my supervision interrogated, handcuffed, searched, and psychologically bullied a member of the public I'd expect to face huge fines and my employees and I would be facing jail time. The police should be setting the example of how to behave to the highest levels, ethically, morally and lawfully. And therefore their punishment should be larger than what I'd get if I did the same thing. But it's not. It's much much lower. The ultimate blame for this should go to the Home Office and the Prime Minister. The trouble is, those useless, ineffectual so and so's won't do anything to address this. And may well make things even worse with the incoming Labour Government. Under the colour of cutting down on knife crime or some other excuse to back tyrannical behaviour from the police.

The Police always defend claims until the last possible minute. This is a basic psychological technique used to grind you down. People have many other things in life to concern themselves with & by dragging this out they hope you will just stop the claim , as the process can be between 12-36 months. However they concede defeat once a court date is set & they know the game is up…Just keep submitting the claims 👍👍👍

The Manchester Arena Bomber was seen hiding in a railways station toilets prior to his attack, in the Arena Foyer he looked out of place while wearing a rucksack, he was spotted by a person who was hired to prevent illegal screen recordings of the concert but the BTP took no action. The Boston Marathon Bombers were recorded on security video wearing and depositing a rucksack at the finish of the Boston Marathon. Other recent terror attacks start with driving a car or van into a crowd then attacking the public with a large knife. Walking around with a camera is legal and not a terrorist act. BBC Radio 4 reported this morning that Labour may remove Covid offences from peoples permanent criminal records if they become the next government. The Territorial Support Group which Sgt Manning belongs to was notorious for handing out Covid offence tickets randomly in London streets and parks. Maybe a new Labour Government will disband the Territorial Support Group which has served only to bring the Met Police into greater disrepute.

Not one police station has ever been attacked on mainland UK by terrorists. Auditors should say that the police. Also, you shouldn't give them a reason why you are filming.

Yes, Yes ! Good work again YS, this tyrant pillock who has probably has a lifetime of abusement behind him, brought to the public domain, but not brought to justice ! I remember when you randomly met him after, and he couldnt get in the van quick enough - the coward wasn't prepared to pull the same stunt then ! 😭😭 I saw in the illegal detainment, he had his inked up boyfriend with hard man arms folded to back him, it won't always be so Manning ! Not enough money YS, even though we pay for it. I never understood why an individual isn't sued, rather than the police, which has no impact on morons like this ! Keep at it on our behalf mate, stay strong and safe ! 👏👍

Modern day police training curriculum: first six weeks we will teach you how to tie your own shoelaces without outside help. The next six week you will be taught how to take your shoes off unaided. Then we let you loose on the vulnerable public. But don't worry you will get it wrong but we have your back and any complaints made against we will either take so long and constantly lie about the incident until the claimant gives up or we will offer a pittance to silence them. We don't pay the tax paying public will, and the more complaint you receive will gain you promotion points.

What a disgrace that sergeant Manning is. If he does not, at the very least, lose his stripes, there is no justice in the world. He knew that he would be breaking the law with an illegal search but still went ahead and did it. These were the actions of a pure tyrant. Eight hundred pounds is nowhere near enough compensation. Had this breach of human rights happened in the USA the compensation would have been at least fifty times that amount.

We need to start a petition that officers who knowingly break the law have no qualified immunity, that means the officer will have to pay all costs for his illegal actions, once we have 100.000 signatures it automatically has to go before the house of commons.

I seriously believe that Each individual officer should have Public liability Insurance, As the Taxpayer is sick of having to pay for the Ineptitude and abuse of power by so many clueless & Corrupt officers. You should NOT settle without the Proviso that the officer is Dismissed, Otherwise NOTHING WILL CHANGE
