Our first 2020 compilation of freight movements filmed earlier this year, pre lockdown and a variety since then. Covering a nice mixture of locomotives and general work movements. Filmed all at the local stations, Severn Tunnel Junction and Caldicot.

    Where were all those mk3 (or 4?) coaches being taken by that selection of vintage traction? Loved the tandem 20s!

    I thought the couplings were pretty much the same I've seen it on a few locomotives like the 47 50 40 etc

    I watch these freight videos as a relaxation method, I find them strangely calming! As a Welsh person, I'm curious as to which station this is? I assume the overhead stanchions are ready for HS2?

    Why the barrier coach for the 20s?

    Steven Thornton I believe it is a coupler-convertor coach because the locomotive has an old style coupling and the modern carriages have more modern style couplings. If I am right, the barrier coach will have an old style coupling at the loco end and a newer style coupling at the carriage end.
