Cartman lost cuz he thought he would easily outperform those handicapped kids. But the point is unlike him they were all training while he was just sitting on his ass pretending being handicapped. It's a very good and smart message.

In retrospect, it seems obvious that Cartman would lose. What's really funny is that South Park creators tricked us all into thinking that even someone like Cartman stands a chance against handicapped athletes simply because he has no disabilities. A huge "in your face!" to a majority of us (including me)

I really admire how Timmy was trying to help his former enemy now friend with his steroid problem throughout the episode.

It's great that you're reacting to these full episodes. Most people only react to those compilations and you really miss most of the joke without the context of the full episode. Sometimes you even need the context of past episodes too. I would recommend episodes "Red Badge of Gayness", "Proper Condom Use", "Death Camp of Tolerance", "Goobacks" and "Bloody Mary" if you haven't seen them already.

Well to be fair anything but compilations tend to get pulled really quick even the edited down ones. Honsetly suprised more of Dash's haven't been pulled.

The crips and bloods episode with Timmy and Jimmy is a must watch episode. I promise you will love it

Trey and Matt responded by saying they had a hard time coming up with 22 minutes of material from the premise. They couldn’t believe someone tried to make a whole movie based on it! 😂

You know that kid who gave Jimmy the steroids in the first place, Nathan? Well this isn’t his only appearance in the series. I recommend watching either “Crippled Summer” or “Handicar” to see where they would take the character (he’s probably my favorite secondary antagonist on the show).

I find it funny how the guy says "one of these blue babies" and it's completely accurate since Dianabol pills are blue, but then he says "Inject into bloodstream" which would kill you at a high enough volume.

Have you noticed that the camera pan on the baseball players in this episode is exactly what they did with the murderers in Butters’ very own episode?

I like how Eric always takes the moral high ground. He lost on purpose to teach Jimmy a lesson about doping and to put himself in the shoes of handicapped kids.

I love the disappointment that just appears on your face when Cartman reveals his stupid plans!

Seeing Cartman working his way to become handicap is hilarious, as a person with Autism, this episode is hilarious and shocking at the same time, because the part where Jimmy taking steroids is shocking and sad at the same time, but I love this episode.

Fatbeard has to be my favorite episode based on humor, all the jokes in it are top notch. It's a Cartman-heavy one, spoofing pirates of the carribean.

Now that you've seen Timmy and Jimmy together, probably it would make sense to see, how they met. That would be a "Cripple Fight" episode. S5E2.

The best South Park episode. I was in tears watching it. Cartman's wooden shoe with his outfit is top tier

I absolutely love your South Park videos. This is one of my favorite episodes. I think you've gotten this request a lot, but I'd love to see you do the two-parter of "You're Getting Old"/"Ass Burgers" from season 15. Absolutely hilarious and one of the times South Park got super real and hit you right in the feelings.

“The balls on this show.” Exactly. And this is why I think there is value in uncensored, crazy content like South Park. They are able to talk about important topics that no one else can touch because they give no fucks who they offend. And important subjects will ALWAYS offend at least one side. South Park is the opposite of cancel culture and we need it.

Nathan and Mimsy are refernce to buggs bunny gangsters, two of my favorite characters SP ever made.

The thing about Cartman being too good at tricking his mom is that she knows it. In the newest seasons it comes to a head and it not only blows up in his face but she stops listening to him. The Real Estate episode is a good one to see him get screwed by his own actions.

I've said this on a previous post of yours but in season 15 episodes 7 and 8 there's a really good 2 parter that Matt and Trey made that was a reflection of the burnout and depression that they were going through at the time. It's really funny but also really deep how it dives into the way the world is seen through someone who just doesn't find enjoyment out of life anymore. You should check them out!

Some South Park episodes I highly recommend are The Death Camp of Tolerance (Season 6, Episode 14), The Passion of the Jew (Season 8, Episode 3), and Breast Cancer Show Ever (Season 12, Episode 9).

I remember back in 2004 first watching Eric trying to act like a special needs kid when his mom signs him up. I laughed uncontrollably and couldn't breathe! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

A few years back the Spanish Paralympic basketball team won the gold medals, you guessed it... None of them were disabled... And it happened in other sports a girl from Australia said she was blind, but was caught driving her car.

Kyle reading the terms and conditions for the special olympics is interesting considering not reading them is why he got kidnapped by Apple.

One of my favorite things about Cartman's subplot is that he trains to be handicapped but not to be actually good at the events. So many people assume that they could beat handicapped athletes just because they're able-bodied but unfit people like Cartman could never 😅. I bet even most average people couldn't beat the best handicapped athletes in the sport/event they specialize in.

"Krazy Kripples" is a must watch for a Jimmy-Timmy team-up. "T.M.I." For angry Randy and angry Cartman.

dude i love how you stop to explain all references and how you know so many! I never even thought of reading the titles for the books cartman was reading lol. I also did not know alot of the references.

I actually worked for Special Olympics once, as a senior media figure. The Games cater for many levels of disability - at the lower level of ability are people for whom, say, just understanding how to roll a ball was an achievement. At the upper end of ability were/are athletes who are basically on par with people in the mainstream Olympics, yet have an intellectual disability. They're otherwise in peak physical condition, however - competing against those people, neither Cartman (or I) would have a hope of beating them. He got his well-deserved comeuppance here, by being too lazy to bother to learn more about Special Olympians and their abilities.

Liked what you said about him being almost too good at manipulating his mom. Me and my missus always said if cartman actually applied himself like this to something worthwhile he could actually achieve anything. Its the one good trait he has. Lol.

13:15 This and Butters' Very Own Episode are great for this gag (even if the latter didn't age well). I wish SO MUCH they had done this more often.

The French Paralympic basketball team actually got caught doing what cartman did. Only 2 of the players on the team were handicapped and the gold medals were taken away from them.

You know even though what Cartman was doing was very very wrong, I gotta admit it’s kinda impressive to how much studying he’s doing, this is probably the only time we see Cartman hit the books.

Btw. This happened in real life with Spain faking their whole Paralympics... The worst is their basketball team only comprising of only two special athletes out of their team

I love this episode. I had a similar reaction to you Dash, like probably most, which shows our flawed preconception thinking that just because Eric is not handicapped, he could win. Or differently said, we often have the believe just because people are handicapped that they can't be sporty.

The imaginationland trilogy is three of the best south park episodes ever made you gotta react to it man!
