South Africa was going thru rough patch in odis and Smith would find its mojo in 2005 whereas Kiwis had a stellar 2004 in odis but their performance graph started dipping in 2005 till 2014

This match happened in open ground, no building, i guess even people wouldn't have need to buy any tickets to watch this game as there are no seats, can be seen people lying on the grass, some are watching by parking their vehicles.
