From the STF archive: During Season 17 - late 1987 - Don Cornelius an nem decided to sell Soul Train bomber jackets to their viewers for the low price of 79.95. Did you ever get yours? We did. WAAAAAAY After the fact. Selling the wares were some of the more popular dancers at the time: Manny Reed, Lou Ski Carr, Angie Bennett, Nieci Payne, Debbie Winters and Rosie Perez.
