Cannot tell folks, just how many Bathroom accidents there were from young girls, Perming and coloring their hair, on their own .... Still laugh to this day from the results and 1980's Jheri curl mishaps......... If you were there: YOU KNOW YOU WERE ONE OF THEM!!!!!!... Everyone burnt their hair off in the 80's!!.....
Admit it.... If you saw this commercial, you know you wanted one of these Bombers... They were dope!... Can someone repost the Sheen Commercial, where Fredrick Douglas comes back from the dead, to tell a brutha his head is Knappy-n-dusty!????))..
Man, this is Amazing!👍
GENTLE TREATMENT 🤍🤍🤍
I Miss you Queen Natalie Cole 😥😥 Rest Well Sweetie 🙏

MY FAVORITE FEMALE SINGER OF ALL TIME NATALIE COLE 🤗🤗 MISS YOU QUEEN 😥😥 I LUV THESE HAIR COMMERCIAL 'S AND MY GIRL 👍👍
I remember these Posner commercials featuring Natalie Cole with her beautiful self.I was a kid.I love these commercials. Great memories and great times(1980s).
Penny said she made this song and four others by herself and 1 sound engineer. She recently became the first female into the Cincinnati Black Music Walk of Fame.
She looks and sounds amazing!
What a total disrespectful asshole you must be.!
nah, i’m a fan that actually reads. made this video out of love, but in disbelief after READING her book “Angel on My Shoulders” - HER AUTOBIOGRAPHY where she declared herself during these years (81-83) a “base queen.” I was in disbelief that she was on drugs at any time, but definitely in these commercials or on SCTV (she was a musical guest) or on Solid Gold with Marilyn McCoo (as a special guest host) or the Today Show where she was stoned out of her mind declaring that she was clean and “ready” promoting her ‘83 album “I’m Ready.” she was a high functioning drug addict (she was also on heroin up until the inseparable LP) and i’m ecstatic that she was able to tell her own story after the fact until her death. not many can do that.
NATALIE COLE HAS BEAUTIFUL EYES 😃 AND ALWAYS WELL SPOKEN 👍👍 HIGH OR NOT 🧐 NATALIE WA$ GREAT IN THESE COMMERCIAL S🤗
R.I.P. QUEEN NATALIE COLE 😥😥 MISSING YOU ICON 😀
Stays In Rotation… This Episode Needs To Re- Surface
When you wanna speak fast in a commercial, there’s only 1 choice…..Cocaine
Tichina Arnold should portray her in an upcoming movie titled "The Sophisticated Lady".
This was worth it just to see “Light Touch” again. I used to buy this from Irvington Barber and Beauty supply back in the late 70’s and early 80’s(great products)✊🏾
Sally is a LEGEND, no doubt in my mind. She’s respected.
Really? Thats how you introduce this video?
yes. it’s a fun fact. i love Natalie so much.
Wow I remember these commercial ads in the 80s But I know that every black women sure had a lot of treatment that was very gentle

I will pay you for a copy of this song on a flash drive....
Wonderful Natalie. They stopped an excellent, and very effective product. My hair was in love with Posner Light Touch.
This commercial aired during Soul Train? It didn’t cross my mind, I’m sorry lol
Salute!!! 🙏🌹
The best hair relaxer!
There was a promotional ad for his album in Jet magazine that year of 1982. I wonder why this album did not get the promotion it deserved because he was signed to one of the biggest record companies that had quite a roster with a black music division!!!
Lord she’s always so beautiful!
My favorite dancer on soul train
How can I get a copy....
The Michael Jordan one is funny because he don’t touch nothing lighter than an brown paper bag lol

im trying to figure that out too
Keep those instrumentals coming. Rare grooves are timeless 👏
THE BEST DANCER ON THE SHOW,,STILL LOVE THIS PRETTY LADY
I remember those commercials like it was yesterday. The young lady with Michael Jordan, she had won the gentle treatment model search contest that year. Model Wanakee was in the first ad with her beautiful hair and Laura Carrington was in the next one.
This is sad 😒😒
Fatimah Lee Not really. Whites also used a fuck load of perms back in the 80s. Whites wanted our textured hair back then.
@@micai.j8920 Yea but white people did it for a style. Most black people didn't do this for just a style, we did this because we thought it looked better than our tightly curled hair. Also there was no such thing as black supremacy where black people told white people they were ugly and they should tried to looked black. White people did it to us though; so it is a different experience. That's like saying black people lighting our skin is not that sad because white people try to darken their skin. But most people never forced on white people to do that, but people forced on black people that lighter was better.
I was there for that. Tall brotha on the right on the right, at 1:44 and 2:14.
Damn that was and still one hot broad drop dead gorgeous
