My Thoughts - Lots of firsts with this shave. 1st offering from C&M. And the 1st shave ( i think) with a cream like this. I took some lathering tips from ‪@geofatboy‬ . I did my best. If anyone has tips on using a cream and face lathering , please share. The cream produce a good lather. Probably not great due to operator error but it provided a really good shaving cushion . The scent is out of this world. My Henson just glided across and in 2 passes on the shave train (with a little cleanup, I was in BBSTown.
The splash not only has that alcohol effect, but it contains some menthol !! and while it's not immediate, it sneaks up on you for a great finish.
The cologne. has the same scent and an awesome dry down. No wonder G.W. had this as his favorite. !!
The ‪@headblade‬ continues to not disappoint. 2 passes and I was smooth.
OK, here are some final thoughts: It will take some practice to get used to lathering with this cream. But one that is done, it is a welcome addition although the trifecta is a little on the high price. It makes a great luxury addition to the cave.
