If the narration is right, it is not acceptable and the concerned Bishop must inquire and bring out truth. If the priest has behaved like this he is not deserved to be priest and he must be called back and disrobbed. He is not a good example and high time to bring such priest to follow Christian principles. It is a serious issue and Bishop's immediate interference is called for.
