Sorting Components For Gold Recovery | Introducing The Components That contains Gold | Gold Recovery
Ғылым және технология
Hello Viewers,
Today we are going to show you some components that we regularly use for recycling. And through the video, you will get a guide about these components. There are thousands of many more components for gold recovery. But we thought to give it a go and share some thoughts about these components. Sorting the components for gold recovery.

Fantastic video. Also worth mentioning all the other types of metals found inside. IE Many transistors have a solid copper back, Heat sinks for CPU are Aluminium as are chassis for hard drives and hard drive discs. Some CPU chips have an aluminium heatsink attached. I remove these by applying heat to melt solder then they just fall off. Capacitors contain a lot of Aluminium also. So do not only go for the precious metals. There is a lot more to be recovered as well. All the tracking on boards are copper

Awesome video I really enjoyed it. You talked about palladium in the round resisters is it still possible to find palladium in those in newer electronics or even silver?
I definitely learned a few new things from this vid. 👍
Thanks. Great vid. 👍👍 Could add one more item. The scanning board from printer / scanners. Visible gold wires.

Definitely top 5 videos on this particular part of the whole electronics recycling. I’d like to see one like this on the components that are NOT covered by everyone else. Like caps, resistors, special parts, etc.

Waiting for palladium recovery 😍😍
Anyone tell me the rare MLCC blue and orange disks the ones with palladium in are they solely palladium or are they mixed with other metals ??
I've been looking all day for this type of video. Thank you
Do SMD transistors contain gold? (the small 3 legged components that are same or even smaller then mlccs)
could you tell me how to deal with the gold fuse?sir
Sir. Lcd, led motherboards have contains gold. ?? Please reply
Quick question, wouldn't it be better to just pulverize the mother board to a almost dust like powder and then go from there,what would be the benefit v the hassle? Thank you for your time kind sir
@TrinityGoldRecovery
4 ай бұрын
Considering the intricacies of e-waste recycling, pulverizing motherboards into almost dust-like powder might seem efficient, but it comes with challenges. The benefit lies in better element separation using water-flowing vibrator trays, outweighing the potential hassle associated with a finer powder approach. Thank you for your question!
How to identify old type MLCC..... Capacitor also look Like...??

Hello I have all this scraps but I don't know how to recover the gold from them
Gold how to melt tell me
Well done . So much content in one vid and I'd like to comment on each item but I'd be here all day discussing the aspects religiously. Lol. So it's amazing how no matter how much we know there's always something more to learn. Just yesterday I put my kg of phone vibration motors in the cupboard thinking what to do with them. now I know. Thanks. You have confirmed that a lot of things aren't worth the time and cost . Yet here I am. At least in Australian dollars that $0.20 USD is worth $0.60 AUD to me. I would like to know after motherboards stripped clean what percentage of of precious metals are left in laptop or PC motherboards..... And is there an easier way to strip a iPhone. I've tried smashing and still end up having to unscrew those tiny screws. They are so strong. Oh and the phone screens are they worth keeping or?

Nice, where do you get so much free phones, I d like to get my hands on some too. I wouldnt throw the screens away, there could be some harder to refine precious metals

@@bbbruh8809 thanks for ur reply.i haven't tried sand bath but I'll look it up and give it a go. Mostly been collecting old broken phones and pc from friends any everywhere for about 20years . Now it's time to process it all. Some I've realized after identifying has gone from being scrap to being valuable as is . Some I've realized too late. Haha

power supply inside some transistor has few amount of gold, and some ic also.. silver has exist in power supply ...
The thing you call a dlp processor has nothing to do with DLP at all. DLP or DMD chips as they're usually called have a screen built into the chip, than it is reflected onto the screen. You just got one in the latest video you posted, Nevermind you have one in this video the projection chip as you call it is a DLP cpu

I'm confused sorry . ....," The thing you said was a DLP processor .... Is a DLP CPU." ? Isn't a CPU a processor?
@chosen1one930
Жыл бұрын
@@dfsilversurfer that's where the screen starts on that chip it's the only thing it does than the screen is magnified a couple times onto the screen you watch. It doesn't process or do anything else. They call it cpu for ewaste but the actual computing power is done on the other chips on the boards. If you look at dlp or dmd chips you will see the screen, it's a mini TV basically...while you watch TV the same picture is playing on the chip inside the TV. Think of it as the video card 🤔
@chosen1one930
Жыл бұрын
@@dfsilversurfer a true cpu or processor controls almost everything, the dmd chip controls nothing it's just a place for the picture to start before its projected and reflected into a larger screen hence the name projectors or DLP tvs. It's completely different from a computer cpu processor and yes I called the dlp chip a cpu because I am into ewaste and to sell them or group them together people hae always called them cpus UT technically that's wrong
