@@1Know1tHurtsThere’s a setting you can change in the menu to make that a lot less likely (if you e not changed it already) It’s under page 1 of ‘setup’ -> power setting option -> auto power off temp (set to high).

I have 3 ZV-E10s in a studio with dummy batteries. I did an 8-hour test with the AC set to 82 F in the room, recorded it into an ATEM, and filled a couple of drives. There was no overheating with the heat setting on high. So, with the viewfinder open, a dummy battery, setting for high heat, and a reasonable temperature room, you could run a ZV-E10 for 24 hours with no problems.

This is literally the very video that made me want to switch from a year of wanting the ZV-1 to a ZV-E10! Thank you Mark. Your videos are always outstanding!

This is the best commercial Sony never produced. Pay this man! Also I’m trying to save up for a ZV-e10 and I couple this content for days…

@@fernan4x Still love it. Just finished a big video job for a client and the ZV-E10 played a key role. My entire business has now shifted to the Sony APS-C ecosystem.

Not gone lie…added this to my music studio setup because of you sir. For social media and streaming purposes of course.

It’s cause he’s sharpening the footage a lot in post and also there’s very little motion meaning KZread’s compression is working less hard.

I recommended this to a gym friend who wanted to take good videos in gym, he was going the canon Eos 200d and I told him it's obsolete, and told about m50 moii and zve10 of which I suggested the zve10. I pushed him more towards Sony for video and boy it's been just 3 days and he loves the camera

Best looking footage from this sensor I’ve seen yet!

I actually bought one of these.. Although I'm more into photography, I still like this camera. I don't rely on EVF cuz I'm always wearing eyeglasses. And who knows maybe someday I have the motivation to do content using this camera.. For the price, I don't think any camera can beat these.

This is called giving information thats critical for a buyer on a budget or a beginner who wants a camera that does all comfortably. One thing would be nice if you mentioned low light performance but nonetheless the best video for a camera

If you use the Sony 11mm 1.8 you can comfortably use the active stability. but I don’t use that - I use catalyst browse for stabilization. 10% crop and it comes out great

I wanted to express my admiration for your fantastic reviews. I have a dilemma that I hope you can help me with. I will be traveling to Japan in a month, and I'm torn between choosing the ZV-E10 and a couple of other weather-sealed cameras with a built-in flash, such as the A6400 and Canon R10. During my trip, I plan to capture photos of streets, outdoor scenes, night lights, and possibly Mt. Fuji. While I'm concerned about the ZV-E10 lacking a built-in flash, its impressive low-light performance makes me question if I really need one, unless it's specifically for indoor photography. Another option would be to add an external flash to the ZV-E10, but I worry it might make the setup too bulky for travel shots. What are your thoughts on this matter? Thank you for your expertise and guidance!

make sure you have enough light, turn on face and eye autofocus and make sure product showcase mode is off. If you can’t figure it out, take it to a camera store and ask them what’s up. the autofocus is perfect on it, so they’ll be able to tell you f something’s wrong

Think about a7cr if you want a compact full frame with a viewfinder. It has the same pixel density as the a7rv .

It only came out 18 months ago - sony usually waits 4 years. I'm sure they'll release other cameras - but I doubt an direct update to the ZV-E10 is coming soon.
