Does anyone know why they randomly disconnect everyday and won't reconnect until I do a factory reset, uninstall the app, unpair and wait 10 hours? Then, while fully charged, within a meter of my LGG6 phone and listening to music they suddenly disconnect and i have to repeat the painful process? I'm reaching out because after five attempts to contact Sony and no response I'm hoping the wonderful people of the internet can help.
