Sound quality is enough for me. Especially i love the desain and feature with..

Uses a moderate amount of juice when "idling". My main use of the speaker is pairing it with my iPad for a "sleep sound" app . When I go to bed I usually set the app to go off at an hour and ten minutes. If I wake up five hours later it will take about an hour and half to fully recharge the unit. So the sleep app is ran at medium volume for one hour and ten minutes and no volume for another 3 hours and fifty minutes and still goes through some significant current.

Best Buy, Black Friday at € 24,50 and am so happy with this wonderful device. It's easy to carry the XB12 in my pockets and enjoying my favourite music while walking or cycling. This little companion produces a good sound with a good bass, I can't stop listening music anymore when have this small usable Sony speaker.😊🎵🕺

Yeah I won mine and was surprised how good the sound quality is. My coworkers were surprised that it got as loud as it does.

I found one on the side of the road last week. Charged it up, works great!!!!!!!!

Was debating on buying a JBL flip4 or a Sony XB12. I'm happy that a got 2 Sony XB12s in stereo mode. Sounds a lot better if they are in pair for left and right channels. In my area the price of 2 xb12s is the same as 1 flip4.

@@kevintanner9821 As a teenager, everytime I received a Sony Walkman or discman I felt like I was better than everyone lol. It made me feel fancy and rich, possibly because Sony products were a bit pricey at the time. I believe, from what I remember, that Sony products were "in" at the time. Also, there was something about the noir black Sony color that I found sexy hot. Even the smell of a new Sony product turned me on lmao!!! Nowadays as 44 yr old man I own the SRS XB12 (Black) speaker, although the blue and green one are cool. I also own the WF-1000XM3 Noise Canceling wireless headphones and I'm in love all over again! I envy you for still having the Walkman and Discman that is so awesome!!!!

Maybe it just connected for media. The mic is not the best but it definetely works.

Connect the speaker through aux with a cable to pc - laptop and you will get even more better sound quality and it will be much more louder.

I haven't reviewed the JBL FM tuner but I did some research and I would prefer the Sony SRS XB 12. I have two Sony SRS XB12's and I pair them together for more audio. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I avoid JBL because I don't want stuff that falls apart. I always see their headphones at Marshall's or Ross or Tjmaxx and they have bad advertising on it. Even one time I had to take back JBL underarmor earbuds broken in one ear right when I bought them. Sweatshop junk.

Hey man! But, if you put in to context that we are talking about a super affordable/tiny speaker then thats what makes it good. Obviously there are speakers that are way better that are larger and size and more expensive. But for the small size and cheap price I think it sounds good.

I can't afford sennheiser brand and not all sennheiser audio is good quality anyway. Sony has same variations but I'm very fond of Sony higher quality devices. Not all though. The more expensive stuff like 200 dollars or more I'd wait until Christmas.

I didn't realize how tinny and awful the sound output on the original Echo was until we replaced it with the Studio. It was a sonic upgrade far beyond what I was expecting. Just wow. I love it because it's like having speakers IN the shower. My friend likes it because the music is so loud that she can no longer hear me singing. So that's a win-win.

It has only 1 driver on top, the bottom thing is called passive radiator, that's the thing that pretty much gives you bass if you didn't know 😂

Probably got it new, the ones for 30 dollars are store returns. But they are as good as new from my experience.

Ugh why’d it have to be micro-usb. I have cheaper electronics that are usb-c already. That cable input needs to be eliminated!

Just long press the power button, then scan for available bt devices, you shoud see SRS-XB12. Pair it and you're good to go

Do like the other guy said. Press the on button for a long time and it’ll connect with your laptop, or phone.
