Finally! A clear and concise explanation of the Picture Profile settings on my A6500! I watched several other videos only to realize that most people don't really know what they are talking about. Nice work!

FINALLY someone explained this in a detailed and really in depth way for editing and understanding everything about the picture profiles, and didn't just gave a "my best picture profile settings" with no explanation. LIKE!!

Wow, just wow. I watch alot and alot of videos to get better understanding about colors grading, picture profiles, and any related to videos, pictures to suit my style. You the only one that giving me a simple way with good explanation and details. Thumbs up ;)

Thank you! I appreciate videos that explain WHY instead of HOW! How to is great, but if you understand why, it gives you the freedom to experiment and create your own style. I've been testing different PPs the last two days trying to find a setting that works for me, but until now I understand what some of the settings mean and thus can better tweak them. Very detailed! I wish you went into HLG more though. I keep hearing HLG 3 is the way to go for filming. It will be my first time using these. The faster more beginner friendly alternative I hear is Cine 2.

Awesome thanks! I have a question if you don’t mind. Say I choose gamma "still" and color mode "pro" on my Sony camera. Do I have to convert this profile to rec709 or should I just import it to davinci and start color correcting and a bit of grading? Thanks 😊
