The 28mm became one of my favorite lenses in my kit. As a night photography fiend, I am absolutely in love with it !
I hope this will give you insight if you are on the fence, or if you are a new photographer who wants to get a cheap Autofocus lens. The 28mm did not disappoint !

I use it in almost all of my KZread videos. Such a beast of a lens.
For me it was the kit lens I took for granted.
I can't believe this affordable lens is so great.
I recently bought one for $170 and it's really great. Now we are still missing 20 f2.8 mm from viltrox. Great price and quality. Have you seen it? There was a premiere 2 months ago. Regards

As a Nikon Z user, I'm very jealous that there's not such a small, great 28mm lens for Z-Mount. Great lens!

Its a very odd focal length but hits a sweet spot between too wide and too close
I have it too. I call it “the mighty 28.”

It works but not my fav for portraits tbh. It depends on your preference tho

@@MostafaNassarI used a Sigma 35mm 1.4 for years on my Canon 6D because of size and weight I changed to Sony. I’ve got the 7C II still the 28mm would be just a backup for 24-105mm still not sure if I keep it or change to 28-70 F2.8
