Does this unit have A TBC and will it allow allow you to use it as a pass through on VHS tapes thru this unit - if you play it out to a capture card and ect ? Full field time base converters are very hard for me to find… thanks

i have one. crazy. it wont power on now though - probably a power supply issue. thanks
