awesome build! a friend & i picked up one of these sonic boards and are also planning a custom build around it. unlikely to be a full custom loop like this, but we have our own take on it that should be fun. appreciate your content, thanks for the work you put into it!

Im more amazed that you got 4 sticks of DDR5 to run. I tried different board and ram stick and always run into issue using XMP profile with more than 2 sticks . . . But seriously great work on the build!!

Since this is a custom project, I went for the visuals. So I didn't turn on the XMP profile for the RAMs. Wanted to have all slots filled up. Hope it makes some sense. :) Also, appreciate your kind words and glad you like the build. :)

@@PCCrazyDario Its easy to tell the effort you put in just at a glance so its definitely praise worthy :P I kinda suspected you weren't running XMP, thx for confirming otherwise i would have thought you worked some black magic there rofl.

@@xSS4x I think I only once managed to get XMP working on all four sticks, but not in this build and it didn't last long. After couple of benchmarks, BSoD. :D Once again, thank you man. Really appreciate it. :)

@@PCCrazyDario Yeah same, i had temporary success with 4 so in the end i decided to go with dual sticks, and made sure they are in slot A2 and B2 because for some reason thats the only sure way to get XMP at full speed with DDR5 rofl. Hopefully they figure stuff out in the next gen motherboard/arcitecture . . .

Wait... You mixed up Chemical Plant Zone with Green Hill Zone 😂 I also bought this motherboard, but I lack such modding skills. Great mod and video! In the description, you've said Kingston FURY Renegade DDR5 2x 16GB 7200MHz:, but in the video, you clearly put 4 sticks of RAM? So a total of 64 GB RAM? Also, in which slot did you put the nvme SSD? The Gen 5 or the Gen 4 slot?

Wish I have found some other photos on the web with more picture quality. I just wanted to mix and match it the best way I can. But mehhh. I have failed in some way unfortunately. Thank you very much! Glad you like it :) Kingston isn't selling 4x memory modules in one kit, so I placed 2x 16GB and who wants can order two of those. NVMe SSD was placed in the first Gen5 slot.

Šta nedostaje crtežu? Bolje crtež, vjeruj mi... Jer u Zagrebu naći nekoga tko bi ti napravio naljepnicu je nemoguće. Svi su toliko puni sebe da traže ispis na tone i nitko neće pomoći nekome poput mene, jer im jedna slika od 50x50cm je neisplativa. Za razliku od LaserPlexxa koji mi oduvijek pomaže s plexiglasom. Hvala puno za ostalo. :)

Hello sir! Hello! My laptop is the Asus tuf a15 ryzen 7 2021 version. Does xpg blade s70 ssd support my laptop? Is this sata ssd or nvme ssd ?

Hi, here is what it says on their official website about your laptop: "Upgrading your RAM and SSD is simplified with an easy-upgrade design that gives you fast access to memory slots and storage bays. With a standard screwdriver, you can easily remove the screws at the bottom of the chassis to make your desired modifications. A special pop-open screw raises one corner of the bottom panel, making it easier to separate. Quickly upgrade or replace your RAM, or increase your superfast SSD capacity by adding a second PCIe® drive." Also, I would suggest going with more reliable SSD, like Kingston KC3000 or FURY Renegade.
