Sonic And The Black Knight All Cutscenes (Game Movie) 4K Ultra HD
A wizard named Merlina, granddaughter of Merlin, attempts to flee from a black knight and his forces. Cornered, she performs a spell calling forth a champion to save her, summoning Sonic the Hedgehog. As they retreat, Merlina explains to Sonic that the black knight is actually King Arthur, who has been corrupted by the immortality granted by Excalibur's scabbard, and that Sonic must defeat him to restore peace to the kingdom. With Sonic's speed alone being insufficient to defeat the King, he takes up the talking sword Caliburn.
At Caliburn's suggestion, Sonic meets up with the Lady of the Lake, Nimue (this world's version of Amy Rose), who tests Sonic to prove he is a worthy Knight. After completing her tasks, Nimue tells him that he must collect the sacred swords wielded by Lancelot, Gawain and Percival of the Round Table (this world's versions of Shadow, Knuckles and Blaze respectively) in order to dispel the immortality granted by Excalibur's scabbard. Defeating each of the Knights, Sonic claims all three swords and challenges the King once more, destroying him.
Sonic takes the scabbard back to Merlina, who reveals that there was never any King Arthur, and what he defeated was an illusion created by her grandfather Merlin, with Merlina manipulating Sonic in order to claim Excalibur's scabbard as her own. Merlina plans to use its power to make the kingdom changeless and eternal in hopes of averting the kingdom's fate from the legends. However, her plan is completely flawed, as such a world, going against the natural order of things, would not function properly, and it would come at the cost of innocent lives. She summons the underworld directly into the kingdom, creating the Dark Hollow and forcing Sonic and the Knights to flee. Nimue explains that the sacred swords can be used to form a barrier to prevent the Dark Hollow's spread, so Sonic and the Knights split up and journey to the kingdom's corners to form the barrier, but it proves to be too weak and the hollow continues to grow.
Sonic enters the Dark Hollow himself to confront Merlina, who has now become the Dark Queen, but she proves too powerful, destroying Caliburn and badly injuring Sonic. Seeing Sonic's continued resolve to stop the witch, Nimue and the Knights give Sonic the power of the sacred swords to restore Caliburn - now revealed to be the true Excalibur - and Sonic transforms into an armored super form called Excalibur Sonic. He defeats Merlina, destroying the Dark Hollow. After the battle, Sonic tells Merlina that, while everything has an end, people should live their lives to the fullest until that day comes. With King Arthur revealed as an illusion, the Knights of the Round Table prepare to disband, but Caliburn reminds them that he is the one who chooses the true king, now revealed to be Sonic.
In a post-credits cutscene, Sonic returns to his world and tells Amy about his adventures, but she believes it to be an excuse for missing their planned date. The game ends in a similar manner to Sonic and the Secret Rings, with the title of the book King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table changing to Sonic and the Black Knight.

@@martingamez01What if Dr Eggman is going to bring Darkblade from the Miraculous Ladybug back into Metal Sonic’s body to replace it with the same knight armour as the original Dark Blade in Medieval Paris for the Eggman Empire that he helped build the robot knights of Dark Forge?

I can't believe they saddled it with motion controls. Poor, twitchy King Sonic.
So sad this was the last game Jason voiced Sonic in ~ he talked in an interview how he felt so betrayed when he found out they were re-casting Sonic~ dude loved the character and you could tell how much effort he put into improving his portrayal as him as well as the rest of the cast. Wish he'd be back as Sonic some day in the near future~ they did him dirty, I can't just ever get used to Roger.

I recall him saying at first he was upset, thinking he had done something wrong, but he quickly got over it. He then said he would voice Sonic again if Sega asked him to, but he isn't desperate to do so.

This game has the most Crush 40 songs in any Sonic game. 5 to be exact. Might have something to do with it.
The ending always gets me when Amy's mad Sonic forgot about their date. It's clearly refference a part of the Unleashed's hub world where before you head to Eggman land you can talk to amy and she'll ask if you want to go out on a date and you have the option to say yes or not.
If this game got turned into a live action movie I would watch it

She reminded me of a certain character from an anime for some reason... And the animation was pretty neat.
11:54 "Who you calling gentleman?" This is one among many examples that not so good lines can still be delivered well, something Roger didn't do with his similar line from Colors "who you calling nothing?" and another line I forget. There are far better comparisons that get the point across, but this one came to mind immediately. 20:10 "Too easy! Piece of cake". Oh no, not that line. 21:10 "I play by my own rules. Remember that." This and other lines do a great job at displaying what type of character Sonic is. 26:43: "I have no master except the wind that blows free!" Interesting line. *_unfinished_*
Is really nice see how Sonic forgive Merlina and understand her after what she has done. I wonder what happened to her after 🤔

I like do define this game, sonic '06, and The Arabian Nights as "Sonic teams up with super powerful human girl that seems nice at first but then becomes part of the big problem at the end."

Me and my friends joke about how two of the Sonic games have been isekai's.
If the gameplay was fixed this could be a good sonic game the story is interesting it’s just the gameplay that is god awful and “knight of the wind” is one of my favorite crush40 songs fix the gameplay and you got a good game

@@Safalmaoyeah back in the medieval era that was something that knights usually did whenever they had an embarrassing loss (fight wise), so yeah them just straight up saying “f it” and doing that Is pretty expected
2:53 Ok, first of all, how is she fast enough to catch sonic's arm like that? And second, am I the only one who thought she could've ripped Sonic's arm clean off because of how momentum works? That or Sonic dragged her along the ground like a ragdoll because, again, you can't grab onto a moving rocket and expect it to stop for you.
