not entirely true bruh . Those 'people' you're talking about are mostly new kpop fans . So , of course they only know girl groups and boy groups . If you ask kpop fans' from the 1st or 2nd gen , most of them know those underground solo singers , rappers , traditional Singers ( Lol !i wrote rappers ) etc . Those kpop idols are called Hallyu idols for a reason . to promote Korean culture . It will take bit of time till they explore more about Korean music . like me :)

She reminds me of Song Hye Kyo when she was younger acting in a drama with Rain. Is it 'Full House'? That's her hairstyles back then in that drama. I have never seen that kind of hairstyles since then until now. ❤️❤️

I watched the entire episode and she wasn't the final winner. I'm pretty sure she did win 1 or 2 rounds, but she wasn't the final winner.

Same thing happened to Gerphil Flores in one of the Asians Got Talent competitions a few years back. The winners were a flash in a pan, who knows what they are up to now. Gerphil's career took off like a rocket. Song So Hee had nothing to worry about, At All.

The best Koean traditional song singer I ever see, especially when she sing old and modern style mixed. There are so many korean singers are performing these days and they can't even mimicing her talented voice. She is Korean national treasure for sure.

Just imagine how her voice will evolve 10-20 years in the future. Fuller, more graceful and powerful. She can fill the entire auditorium even without a microphone.

i am suffering from social anxiety. communicating with people is difficult for me as well as speaking and doing presentation in the class but today, incedently i played this video and it gave me energy to be fearless and the feeling that I can do whatever i wish to do love you pretty angel

THE ORCHESTRATION IS SOOOO GOOD. The flute, The Traditional drums, The traditional string, the electric guitars, The synth pad, The piano. Her vocal control is sooooo damn amazing. Her visuals are very good. 10/10 and I don't really like Folk and traditional korean music.

East/West fusion has done some incredibly good stuff! I first heard a traditional Arirang, and I thought "Is she performing with a sore throat?" I was told to keep listening, and I'd figure it out. I did, and I did. I can't thank those Korean/E. Asians enough, those who encouraged me to keep listening.

I am not Asian but her voice makes me feel like I can do and be whatever I want to. Simply amazing.

I must have seen all of her u tube videos at least 20 times each. I'm also Korean and can't say enough great things about her. She's a angel sent from heaven. I wish she is my daughter. I don't have children but wish she is my daughter.She is so adorable, sweet beautiful inside and out. I spent many hours watching her singing and never get tired of watching her perform. I think we're very lucky to have her entertain us over the years. Hope she continues her singing career and best heath to her as her mom wishes. She has the cutest laugh too and a smile that lights up any room!!!
