    I like that in your video you give helpfull informations without to talk a lot. I do not get tired when i see your video. Very helpfull description with the necessary informations for the products and some tips in few minutes! I use the BSD because it is good and as spray sealant and as drying aid and as waterless wash. You helpd me for the 1:5 dillution rate as drying aid. I was affraid if it was not strong the BSD in this dillution rate in order to work as drying aid. Thank you for all you video and the time that you spend for us!! 👍

    Another excellent video, Zsolt. Thank you. I was laughing as you kept running inside the garage to rinse your wash mitt. Bring the rinse bucket outside too, lol!

  • @OCDaddyZsolt

    @OCDaddyZsolt

    Hiya, I never rinse :) I always go for a fresh wash mitt. I use 5 to 8 mitts on a car and one bucket. I don't believe in the 2 buckets with grit guard and such. 1 bucket, multiple wash mitts, never dunk a used mitt in the clean bucket with shampoo. I prefer to keep the mitts at the entrance of my garage, so less chance for some airborne stuff to land on it :)

    If you use it 1:5, it won't give much protection, just helps to break tention between the surface and the water. And I would recommend to wash the drying towel after, not just air dry it.

    Have you ever tried using it as tire dressing? Is it okay looking? And how's the durability?

  • @OCDaddyZsolt

    @OCDaddyZsolt

    2 жыл бұрын

    Never tried on tyres. It is meant to be for painted surfaces. Most likely would stick to a clean tyre though, but I suppose it would be gone soon. I would recommend dedicated products for tyres, for the best results. Otherwise on painted surfaces it is a really good product and holds on to a few weeks (like 4 weels or so, but that depends on many factors, can be more, can be less).

    Was that 1 part sonax and 5 parts water? Also will it mess up your drying towel?

  • @OCDaddyZsolt

    @OCDaddyZsolt

    Yes, it was 1:5. I would recommend washing the drying towel each time, when you use a drying aid. When towel only, then it can just air dry.

    Hi, Good video. Thanks. Could you please tell me how Sonax and Turtle products compare in terms of quality? I have been using Sonsx wax but I am not sure if it's the best. Thanks.

    Hi, cheers :) It is rather tricky to do a general comparison. Sonax is usually rather good for its price, but TW has a value range (usually the green and transparent bottles), which are cheaper than Sonax, but the quality is lower too in most cases. However there some new TW lines in the past 2 years, which are at least as good as Sonax, but in many case more expensive.

    You can use it on wax coated cars, it is sort of a quick detailer. Not going to degrade the wax, but will form another protective layer on the top of it.

    @@OCDaddyZsolt ok thank for reply. Because some people use it in 50% product 50% water deionized searching a result close to the result of 100% pure product and they ask they mix 50/50 because like this it's much easy to wipe/buff and there's no too much loosing on result. It's nice if dilution is okay for use the product like a waterless washer because i will use it like this on my road bike white gloss. When i go to ride on dry road when i come back home there's lil bit of dust and some vegetal dirt on the frame so i will use a dilution just to remove this little dirt and have a glossy effect on paint :)

    @@OCDaddyZsolt i see. Thanks!!! But im still thinking of diluting it for every wash i did i usually towel dry to 90% And then i want to spray (not diluting the product its to thick i like to spray evenly to my panel) and buffing it right off with no streaking. Thats why im thinking diluting it to 1:1 1:2 or 1:3 Is 1:3 maybe still have similar hydroponic to diluting it 1:1? Im like the economical side cuz i want to apply it to every wash

    @@Messi10billy Well, give a go :) In case it didn't work out, next you can try 1:2, then 1:1. Always dilute a small quantity only.
