The Sonatina is in C Major. This is the second movement which is in the dominant key (G major). The third movement returns to the tonic key (C major). This is a common tonal scheme for sonata/sonatina of this period. The naming of the key of each sonata/sonatina is given by the overall tonic key - in this case C major.
