Harry - You have my sincere sympathies. Dystonia is heartbreaking. It's not quite the same but I got braces a few years back and just couldn't play the trumpet at all anymore. Many tears, lots of frustration. Thankfully though, it lead to taking up the trombone instead. Good luck with it, it's not easy.

Thanks! It's really fun to play on the uke, just remember you either have to tune the uke to Bb or transpose the trombone to C.
