@@treytrix3878 well one was to loose so i needed 2.
Naah, wtf did i just watch😭😭 Good cue tho
That's a good one😅😅 no one ever taught me that, an I did my back in with the Dead lift!
Wait why is he actually too good at explaining this🤣
Instructions unclear, flashlight stuck in bum.
Dog poopping on the beach lol.
Lmao 🤣 aye you ain’t kidding and just keeping it real 🤙🏻
Instructions unclear: How do i get this thing out!?!
Data on the back folded being a vulnerable position ?
Excellent advice! 👌
Neutral spine is best, but you have to drop the weight to achieve this. Over-arching the spine can lead to just as much pain as rounding your back would.
Begging:💀 End:😮💨
It's safe to deadlift with a rounded back as long as it doesn't round more than what it is during the start position

Was looking for this. Too much misinformation out there. Dr Layne Norton talks about this, how he switched mid career from straight to round back deadlifting. I did the same myself. And just as Layne has said himself, I’ve experienced fewer back issues since changing to a rounded back.
This is a good cue 😅
Casually shook it for free
He thought we wouldn't notice the start😂
Hilarious. Effective!
You say arch your back a million times, and people arch their backs. Tell people to straighten their backs, and you might get the result you're looking for.
Richard Gere enters chat…
😂 and this not so serious informative video is the reason I keep watching
I love it 😂😂😂
Lmao. I like it
Hilarious 😂 😂
True, you should arch your back when deadlifting, but that movement you doing makes this look like twerkin' tutorial so...I'm out! 😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
