    He did play confidently even after the Queen sack he did a great job with his minor pieces usually a Queen advantage is major but sometimes a person can be outplayed and beaten when enough minor pieces start making great offensive threats

    I see some inspiration by Tal in this move and also the piece sacrifice in the second analysed game. While engines dislike the moves, these out of the box aggressive moves require the opponent to play with great precision and even normal looking moves can turn out to be blunders.

    What a beautiful game and lesson!!! Agad teaches us how to forgive ourselves for our blunders and fight back resiliently, taking advantage of your opponent's weaknesses instead of worrying too much about our own weaknesses. He valiantly guides us not to give up when you are a piece down, or even when you are a queen down! After the loss of White's queen, the whole game was about exploiting the fact that Black's King Rook was not developed at all. So, in fact, Agad was telling us that he didn't just have 2 pieces for the lost queen. But the opponent didn't have a functional rook as well! That's like 3 pieces for the queen. So, it's not even a sacrifice until when the rook comes out.

    I think this queen trade (sacrifice) is where you see the difference between the amateur player and student of the game. It would never occur to me to exchange the queen for two pieces. I only sac queen if there is a mate in few moves or pawn promotion in sight. I am always happy to give three pieces for a queen and I think I always win when that happens. In this game, I'd considered it simply a blunder and would probably resign as white.

  • @salmarwow
    @salmarwow2 күн бұрын

    To be honest, in the first game black got scared too much. 11:55 is so lost for white, yet black captures on g3 with a pawn. I mean, after that it's still winning for black, but the position before was rather easy to calculate. Take knight on d4, white takes on d4. Qa8 is check and next move you pick up that bishop on e6 as there is no more royal fork. Black is left with queen and rook against a knight and rook.
