I think it was suspicious. He played a very similar interval each move. Which would lead me to believe he wasent actually calculating and was just getting the moves from an engine. Also him being significantly lower Elo also makes me question his consistency. Because if you think about it - if he’s really so good that he can go 4-0 against the second best player in the planet then why is his elo still much lower. If he plays like this (more or less) every game then his elo should be higher. If he beat Hikaru a few times over the span of a bunch of games that’s one thing but to go 4-0 is statistically very weird. Or maybe he just happened to play the four best games of his life against one of the best players alive.

That's why things like tournament rating exist - they measure what rating a player is playing like during a tournament. Also, under 2600 OTB (im assuming classical) does not directly mean that he must be under 2600 in online blitz chess. If the OP is correct, and Supi did beat Magnus, then it is clear that his peak performance is very high. It is just too much to ask him to maintain that level consistently. put it into stockfish. it recommends Qxd1+ instead of Nd7 there. Apparently 1...Nd7 2. Rxd7 and then black is sunk. If he recaptures with the queen then he loses the rook with check (narrowly dodging the backrank threat). If he recaptures with the king then 3. Qxf7+ is apparently positionally crushing. Black's king is forced to the 8th rank (clearly going to the center is probably not ideal). Trying to block the check with the black queen drops the rook in the end after Qd5+. Once the king is on the 8th rank you'll see all of black's pieces (except the king) on their home squares. the king is exposed. white has an extreme positional advantage and the material difference is really only black's room vs. a knight and pawn from white. So not exactly a crushing material advantage. Stockfish says that white is +9.3 here; slightly more than a full queen up. So the exchange sac 2. Rxd7 is the reason you can't hang on like that. But yeah, maybe there was a bit of fight left to happen, but honestly for a GM it should be super doable. Even against Hikaru. Hope this all made some sense lol.

Because those numbers are ridiculous in the first place. Hikaru throwing shade or being suspicious tells us he's not able to take losses properly. Kramnik could be the same the first time it happens until he starts pulling these numbers to accuse actually good young prodigies of cheating. I know not everyone is clean but to be crazy about it is something else. Fabi makes a fair point, doesn't mean Kramnik's numbers is right. In the latest Magnus interview he said Kramnik does not have a good grasp on statistics. He's still crazy for thinking that is fine and applies to everyone. Of course if you accuse every single one you are suspicious of you'll eventually get one right.

Of course no one approves of his conduct after losing to Alireza, it was cry baby behavior. But other than that one instance, 99% of the time I open these "Hikaru is toxic" videos and I find him making extremely mild comments like this video. Or him laughing at someone for losing, or tricking someone, then it cuts to him being mad at getting tricked. I must say.. It seems like a very loose and soft-guy definition of Toxic. I just don't get it. Other than the Alireza thing seriously who tf cares lmao

Crushing GM's with odd's and still only gaining 1 point for it... then someone comes along and beats you 4 consecutive times, it would be absolutely bizarre for that to happen.
