The paycheck Is all they care about even if it means killing people.
Yeah, in the past it was called "structural adjustment". Today it's openly called "austerity"
Some people don't WANT to get it. Some people don't want to think. Or are too tired to think😂😭

Thank you Lee. Independent journalists with journalistic integrity are the heroes of our time.
Americans are "so comfortable with cognitive dissonance, that cognitive consonance makes them uncomfortable." ...Shahid Bolsen is like a white Malcolm X that's in "Americas cannibalistic capitalism" around 10 and a half minutes.
Lee the story of the economic hitman is as old as empires. If you can't invade them yet. You try and weaken the target, fattening them up for the slaughter. We have allowed this cancer to grow within our society. Manifest destiny started our road to where we are now. So, this craziness didn't start with the neocons. As the US military entered Hawaii in the latter part of the 19th century. Someone should have realized that America had become the British Empire revisited or the Roman Empire resurrected.

Read Zionist Logic by Malcolm X, an article that explains how British colonialism morphed from brutality to tyranny with a smile.
After a long time, I realized that vassal mentality (where person always support its masters interest) is not a political opinion, it is a flaw in character. In school they are the ones to tell on you like "teacher, teacher, Nick just did that....", teachers never asked them to do that, but they do it anyway and are happy when Nick is being punished.
"It Is difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary depends upon his not understanding It" - Upton Sinclair
I love that book...and the most fascinating part was that it showed the failed Viet Nam fiasco was only a stepping stone to something much bigger they had planned
I read his book years ago too. Really opened my eyes.
The reality is nothing is going to change. I do not understand why people have kids when it is so clear that the people that run the world will never change. You are essentially sacrificing your kids to a world that does not care about them.

It’s not like this in every corner of the world. It’s mainly western governments and financial institutions.
Please say "the always amazing" next stream. It's so funny!
I think you need to put it in terms of "What's in it for them"..... Describe capitalism as industrial capitalism which was the main part of the capitalist revolution.... Desribe what is happening now as the counter revolution.
Cool Lee! I had heard about this years ago, so thanks for the reminder... The Economic Hitman! John Perkins 😜💯
That book helped me to understand how human society really works.
Sometimes it's good to be oblivious to the shit they are doing (at least for a while) or it will make you miserable.
A school friend of mine worked many years for USAID and I asked him often, if he was an economic hitman. He never said yes or no, he also never said that USAID was part of the CIA. He died a few years ago, way too early, too bad he was never able to be that honest about what he was doing. So, can't say if he was a good or bad guy in this respect. RIP buddy.
I remember reading this book. Very informative. It's a really good read
I was just thinking about him yesterday
I thought that I was always quite up on stuff but the twists and turns in the last 2 years have really made a combustible situation flare and I've definitely noticed people digging in psychologically...batten the hatches so to speak.

They care about their paychecks to the point of being ok with killing others and risking their own health
Lee, I'm glad to see and hear you bring up these topics that they want to disappear from consciousness: manifest destiny, austerity, their economic tools (for lack of better word)...
Think there is no hope .
This is why we have Judgement Days
"Economic Hitman" showed the mechanics of it (EMPIRE) on the ground. Clarified it all for me as well. I ALSO do not agree with his "solution"... 🙂

When I read the book, it did make me question everything from then on.
A lot of talk about changing and rising of consciousness in 2024.
Thanks Lee, this video justndid a hit job on my economy foe $15.99 for the kindle version. Gotta say the new edition chapters about him seemingly saying China and Russia (" Putin ..footsteps of Stalin" !) are new bad guys doesn't seem promising. But ive wanted to read this for years so will give it a go.
It's the cognitive rigidity, aka fascism, in appointed leaders that I care most about. When the global cabal wants to supersede national autonomy and enforce the official narrative of the day, then critical thinking becomes a detriment if you want to become "successful". Competition today means being the best at being the worst.
Chomsky is indeed a gateway drug.

Genesis: chapter 7, verse 11. However, it could be the opposite. Either way, it talks about confusing the language.
Austerity. It doesn't even work in monasteries. Look at all those portly friars. It works with hermits. But hermits don't live in societies. Whenever a politician mentions 'austerity', the voter should look carefully at that politician's waist line. Regarding 'giving up on people you can never convince' : I agree with that premise 100%. It should be ... proverbial. Okay, young people. If you want to change the world for the better, don't try to convince anyone who's not receptive to your revolutionary ideas. Do as those fabled entrepreneurs do : damn the torpedoes and full steam ahead. You know that saying ? Time waits for no man ? Well. I'm here to tell you, that Time waits for you !
Go Grayrock. Talking to liberals and conservatives is like hooting at barn owls...
