I don't know if you have a video for this, but my hard drive does open, but media freezes mid-play; then it says something about the device being unreachable or possibly corrupt

I tried to fix mine but when I went to "Check Partition" only the third option was enabled.. couldn't pick the first option.

In AOMEI, the first and second options were no highlighted and I can access only to the 3rd option. Please help me in fixing the error.

Hello my hard disk is also having same issues I tried to recover my drives H and I H was recovered completely with all my data but for disk I the option in check partition tab was grade out. Anything to fix this issue??

What do if when I connect hdd then computer stuck in bios? I also tried to install os on it but freeezing it is stuck at Setup is starting.

When i clicked on Advanced and then Check Partition, after than 3 options are shown but first 2 are blurred bcoz these are unavailable, and only 3rd option is available, that is to check whether are there any bad sectors or not. Plz guide me what should i do? 😑😑
