Opening a Harddisk in open air or touching its disks means destruction of Harddisk and data permanently. The process for repairing of Harddisk is done in clean room when internal demage is a cause and recovery of data is performed by softwares.

Superb. Thanks for this detailed explanation of HDD mech. I've a question, what if we change the storage disk instead of the head/circuit board with the working normal HDD? I mean take a working similar HDD and remove it's disc and then insert the disc from dead HDD and recover all data and then put its original disc back again? Will it work like this? Does it depends on company, storage capacity, rpm or circuit bios etc.??

It does not work because platters are paired with the bios chip installed in the motherboard of hdd and they are encrypted so does not work....the only option is to repair that hdd

Highly questionable. There are many variables that can soup up the case.

Please never open hard drive and expose its platters to air ever especially if your data is priceless, it will quickly damage platter

Technically they say hdd the inner disk should not be exposed to light, which will cause damage to disk, what is your advice
