Apart from the clean room, flipping in and out the heads into the platters that way without parking them into a proper headcomb (look it up on Google), it will most likely damage them.

I doubt if the hard drive will work after this. This disassembly process should only be done in a clean-room environment.

Hi, I have got questions. If I swap the head using with the same model and first 3 digits, but a different firmware, will I have a problem with recover my data? If I find the same firm can I be able to recover my data??

You were very careless with the platters. I don't think this process is good. Don't follow this tutorial. Also, I don't think the heads should touch each other like that; a spacer is required last time I checked.
