This is an excellent and thorough description of Solution Focused Therapy. Very, very helpful and well put together in a clear and meaningful way.
Thank you for sharing. Very insightful. I love solution-focused therapy and find it to be a helpful therapeutic model when working with couples. However, there are times when I will begin the session with emotionally focused therapy to gain insight on interactional patterns within the marriage. I will eventually utilize solution-focused therapy starting with the scaling scaling question, miracle question, and exception questions.
