I would empty into a plastic bowl just so you can catch what comes out. If possible spend a few minutes checking the drain from the washing machine it should be fine but you might find a few bits that need removing. Use a J-cloth or similar to remove as much as possible. It should be relatively simple to do. Try and clean the plug you removed from the machine, fill a washing up bowl with some clean hot soapy water and gently scrub the dirt off with a nail brush. In most cases you can take the plug apart to clean it and put it back together. All should be fine now. It’s not a difficult job but one worth knowing as it were.

If you refer to the drain filter then most washing machines have it somewhere...

I have done that and still it keeps not draining every time I wish there full of water inside what should I do

First disconnect the power from the washing machine and remove the drain filter. Use a flashlight to light inside and be absolutely sure there are no foreign objects coins, wires etc and that the rotor can spin freely. If it can spin freely the is something else wrong with your washing machine... Hope it helps!

Yes possibly (from a coin or something) , use pliers and try gently to remove it taking care not to damage the plastic… it has happened to us as well.

Al final la puse de lado y destornille el filtro de la chapa, removí al mismo tiempo que volvi a intentar abrir el tapón del filtro y por fin pude desenroscar y sacar palitos tijeras de costura pequeñas y volvi a colocar todo. pero sige mal la lavadora al igual que coje agua la suelta a los dos minutos sin dar vueltas , tengo que ir jugando de progrmas en programa para que lave y centeifuge ..
