Really liked the drone sequence of Joe working the big double lock singlehanded - so impressed you managed to do all that running around without losing either the boat or the drone! That's a lovely-looking desk too - next time I order something by length I'm going to try asking for "a yoga mat and two boxes of matches" 🤣

We had our roof tent stolen off our car when it was parked on the driveway the other week, definitely going to get one of those reolink cameras now

Hey Jo, WOW you own a Gransfors axe? I understand that they are high quality steel. Do look after it and DON'T lend it out! If / when you sharpen it DON'T use a grinder as it will change the temper due to the heat and use a proper axe file. Always file into the blade, never away from the edge for the best results. I bought a high quality stihl axe a few years back and i use a wet stone to sharpen.

Great vlog. Lots done. Stunning boat. Love the style of the older boats. More character. Best wishes.

Hi Joe it might sound stupid but all the narrow boat people always seem to be chasing water. Is there anywhere on the narrow boat that you could put in an extra tank as a spare anyway keep up the good work. Good to see the handbrakes home.

Hi Joe, at 7:00 it looks like you have added an external aerial for your router, could you please tell me the make of the aerial and have you noticed an improvement to the signal strength and upload/download speeds?. I have a similar router to yours at home that can be a bit flaky because of poor reception using the internal aerials. Cheers

Our one’s a Ponyting 4G, amzn.eu/d/4IZXPXr (newer model than ours), getting around 30mbps with an EE sim in the router so quite happy with that!

Possibly a bit of a stupid question, but is it possible or allowed to use something like tent pegs/stakes as a makeshift mooring for scenarios like you had here, or would any stake just not be able to handle the weight of the boat?
