Perhaps the only channel where I always click the video right away regardless of what I'm doing. This was an incredible video, had to show it to my girlfriend. It all feels so real, magical and genuine at the same time.

Shoebaru's and Lamborfeetis! classic!
It’s amazing how you can still hike back to get your camera and do that kind of filming over and over again love the videos so much
An absolute masterpiece!! The sunset to night montage gave me literal chills.. Immense!
always waiting for more of your videos 👍 great job man
Your channel is absolutely gonna blow up one day so keep making these high quality videos
The timelapse at 6:14 is sweet, awesome video as always bro 👍
It's good that the camera is always with you💜
Congrats on this masterpiece! Edited and filmed masterfully!!!
That's the essence of freedom and all of the best things that travels gives us, I felt like I was there. Absolute masterpiece, keep on creating! ✨ Greetings from Poland
That's what I call an adventure! Great video and time you had out there. Challenging and beautiful.
Another hike to add to the list. Other than enjoying the videos it's awesome seeing the places you hike and hiking them myself. Your OGive video inspired me to go out to Gulkana a couple weeks ago and it was awesome, but even if I can't go there myself it's awesome seeing it from your view.
hey man i know chances are you will never see this, but i wanted to say i just found your channel today and have been watching it for so long now my eyes kinda hurt. Im honesty inspired by this so thank you! have a nice day and god bless!

My question exactly. And all the technical work that goes along with it, take someone with courage and confidence to work on a house there in that thin air.

@@robhill9989 I wana meet the dude that climbed up there, put up ropes for others to follow him and then sat atop that rock thinking... "I am gonna build a huge cabin up here..." ... and then proceeded to actually do it! who is that person... he would have some stories to tell for sure...

It was built in 1930 as a fire lookout for the forest service. The way they got the materials up there was by trasporting them with pack animals up to 600 feet from the lookout, and than use a "tram way" up to the lookout

@@phergas2455 incredible.... massively impressive. thanks for the info
Your video is very healing,I hope you can see it all the time
So cool. Thanks!
This was a beautiful video, thanks for sharing bro
WOAAAHHHH!! That's badass!!
This was awsome!!
Fire lookouts need to come back and be supported by the government. This is how you get ahead of forest fires.
Damn, Washington is beautiful. Never really thought about hiking before but now it seems amazing. Definitely looking for trails near me now🤙
so sick!
Lol ~16 miles but you had to walk back and forth to grab your camera (I’m assuming). Awesome video man!!
Yo, I climbed that a few years back! It’s rad! I used to live an hour and a half away from the trailhead!
Thanks for this man, brought tears to my eyes
beautiful 👍
400th like! Can’t wait to do this myself.
Most underrated channel on youtube
Such great Timelapse’s! -N
This Channel is underrated

The art of flight
Shoebarus 😭got me
Awesome video my guy! What month did you hike this in? Again, incredible footage.
Can't express my feelings
Another awesome video Ian. Glad to see you back. Do you mind if I ask, what type of work took you to Washington, fire fighting? I hope you’re doing well.

Thank you! I was planning on doing firefighting again this summer.. but it ended up falling through last minute. Which was a bummer at the time, but it forced me to branch out and that led me to some cool opportunities. One being some drone work that brought me to Washington. And now I have a big boy desk job in fairbanks :)

@@YOGOMANinAK awesome, congratulations. Fairbanks isn’t a bad place to live.
No wind i see. Thats nice
Seems more like hiking up there to find peace, only to share with some "wohoo" noisy guys.
What time of the year did you go? Do you think we'll have enough space to stay at the cabin if we go 3rd Saturday of September?
good soup
Always wondered, what are those blue pants?
bro walked 7 extra miles walking back and forth to get his camera 😂
Perfect example of where not to fly drones illegally. People should obey the law!

🤣Perfect use of a drone! Incredible footage. Nobody was affected, the environment not impacted. You just hate drones. That is a personal problem. It's like accusing someone of speeding when they went 5mph over the limit.
More droning in a wilderness area. Rules don’t apply to thee
you’re really 🥰
How many miles did you do to climb?
whats the ID on the longsleeve shirt ?
Hi, Great video. What month did you do this hike please? Thanks!

I do. They’re fjallraven trekking pants
Bummer to see yet another video on KZread with someone totally disregarding the ban on drones in the wilderness.
People should respect Wilderness regulations and Three Fingers Lookout is within the Boulder River Wilderness. Wilderness regulations prohibit drone operation and paragliding, both of which are featured in this video. Our Wilderness areas are being degraded by such activities along with many other things.

oh get a life. Were you there, did this affect you, did it affect the environment? Nothing was degraded, you're just a whiner.
Drone use in the Boulder River Wilderness is not allowed. Please do not support this activity.
My dream hike
Kinda foolish traversing that glacier without crampons and an ice axe. Promoting foolhardiness,
