Congratulations ! I would have give up several times. I could not camp because of the covid since 3 years but your demonstration gives me the taste to enjoy it again next summer. You are very well organized. I have the same tent than yours so it helps me to identify. I just would have added a kayak. The river you showed is very narrow and shallow but so clear and clean. I watched this video from Camarillo,CA, U.S.A. I was impressed that you were able to set up the tent by yourself in the rain let alone when it is dry. Several years ago we went camping in Yosemite,CA and it rained and snowed two days in a row. We had a blast!

It was wonderful to meet a kindred spirit in you. I´m writing or watching from Sweden 👌For some reason I have started to watch interesting people share their feelings for camping, as I think it might be what I have wanted to do for so many years. I´m old 68 and retired now, yet have had a life with hardly any travel in it at all. Sad right. I have always felt disappointed when I have come to a country and find that it´s never on your terms. Everything is uncertain and yet I think that it takes very little for me to find peace and camping might be fun- Watching you brave the weather and yet still manage so well, was so uplifting to see. Although you might have to have the car near you, I still thought it looked enjoyable having plenty of comfort items to lean on, extra lights and that fire bed and table were amazing, you even thought of fire gloves, brilliant, respect. I´m Steve anyway and would love to follow you on your trips. Thanks for sharing the special memories. Your steak was the reason you stayed right?! I would have been thinking of that too! ha ha

Thank you, that was awesome, it's super hot here in Northern California, so I watch things that have rain because it is soothing and relaxes me before I goto sleep, but here you are struggling and enduring and enjoying the rain, and I got a good chuckle when you popped that bag of chips, that was priceless, but thing a lot was really cool is when you backed the jeep to the tent, totally awesome.
