Mav you are taking yourself to an extreme every video lately. You don't need to though. Like you are going all out and we loved you going crazy camp and cook videos. These destination spots are cool but to me take away from why I sub. Stick to the roots bro.

Not to get too bogged down in a deep discussion here, but I think the purpose of running a KZread channel is the freedom to document and share anything a person wants to. I've been a follower for some time and love the ground roots and evolution of Mav and his channel. It shows growth and exploration to be yourself. Like everything in life - things will change - its kinda like same same but different. These overseas adventures are great. I say view them with a sense of acceptance and openness. Mav will always deliver to his followers. I'm sure something more to your liking is just around the corner. Just like life, you must be patient and realise that not everything is tailored to your individual needs. God bless and keep on trucking!

Mav has taught me that it's never too late to go out and do something. No matter how cranky and unsupportive my wife is. (Edit: Now we have a problem. My wife is all of a sudden very sick and extremely weak, exhausted, getting worse, going to the doctor on Monday to see why. Hope it's not cancer, but whatever it is, it's not good.)

Ive been watching this channel now for well over 2 years and its CRAZY to see the growth! Thank you Mav for allowing us to live vicariously through your adventures!!

When I was backpacking around Europe I became close friends with a guy from the Faroe Islands and we traveled together across Spain and Portugal. Genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, and I’ll always have a home to stay at if I ever decide to visit the islands.

I love that you do these trips alone. As well as being inspiring, you tend to be more authentic and wide eyed when you are alone. I remember those videos of you ice fishing with that guy who looks 12 and you just fist bumped and hollered "dude" as every other word. This is much more my speed.

When I was healthy enough, I didn’t have the funds, once I could afford it, wasn’t healthy enough. Not jealous, just envious 😉. Wish I had done more when I was in my 20’s and 30’s out of the US. I'm happy I'm not the only person who pulls over to make sounds to animals. We have a lot of Turkeys where I live that just walk around like they own the place. We have lots of good talks.

Standing on the edge of the cliff to see the waterfall was spectacular! I could lay there and listen to the sea as I daydream about Vikings from long ago. This place is mysterious and magical. No wonder Peter Pan was filmed there.

You should do an episode of the tech side of things and the post production process for each video. Where you go to upload the final videos, how you come up with thr next spot or challenge, how you organize your files and footage, when do you edit in comparisons to your adventures and daily life. We would love that!

I've watched a lot of road trips, but not many have made me jealous - until now! What an amazing place to visit!

There is an underwater tunnel like that near D.C./Baltimore. My father drove it to see family in the early 80's. My great uncle was in the merchant marines. They saw Cal Ripken jr. play his first big league game that trip.

Its not anything close too this one tho. This one has a roundabout in the middle of it and its the longest underwater tunnel in the world. Europe has a LOT of tunnels going underneath the water and therefore its not really special anymore. This tunnel is special tho

That first hike to the water fall was beautiful. In Twin Falls ID we have a water fall that is similar but it’s just a canal that goes over the rim. You can stand under it too. 😂😂

Mav, I watched the Sweden video where you spent the night under the lake and where you were accident prone. Seeing this video with you by the cliffs had me nervous. The journey was absolutely gorgeous. You made me hungry for cod. You're such a great cook!!! Don't take some of the comments to heart. You keep on doing what you're doing. The videos are wonderful and God will put the right person in your life at the right time. For all we know he already has. See the world before you settle down. Keep on having fun. I enjoy seeing all the different rigs you rent too.

It consists of the 8.9km Karmøy Tunnel which connects the island of Karmøy with European Route E39 in Tysvær, and a 9.8km road section which heads north from a roundabout in the tunnel to Haugesund. The roundabout is 60m under sea level and the tunnel itself is one of the longest undersea tunnels in Europe.

What a great adventure this has been. Thanks for taking us along. I had to chuckle a little when he made his coffee. Here he is in his 20's drinking coffee and im in my 60s and have never ever drank coffee in my life.

My grandpa grew up in the faroes and moved to Iceland to marry. He never even learned English, so I can't even talk with him. Once he explained to me which island he was from, and it was some tiny one in the West, I think. Really interesting culture and people, and I'm proud to say I'm 25% Faroese

I bought a 2014 F150 Super Cab last fall because you've inspired me to get busy living and hit the road for some adventures. I don't have a truck cap yet because the new ones are pretty pricey and a used one to fit my truck model is hard to come by. Until then I'll make a bed in my back seat.
