    Sir, i have just finished the Autocad course last week ,,,and I have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. I searched for a job and got a job as a designer in a premium cad company. Which designs solar PV . So, is working in a solar company right for my career or not?

    No sorry, I meant i wanted to make dimensional drawing for each part in an Assembly, but I've used some assembly features, which do not show up when I open a part individually. So is there a way I can make drawing of individual part out of SLD ASM file, like we use "Select Bodies" while making drawings out of SLD PRT file. !?@@with-Aryan

    5:50, this assembly needed an exploded view so that part can be seen clearly. This is basic use of Solidworks, it should have been included.

    they are not very keen on that these days! You need a Bulletproof portfolio!! Very well thought portfolio that can showcases your strength in different fields of design, not just 'cool' stuff. What industry are you in?

    Pls tell one thing how to show only required hidden lines or i say specific hidden lines only which we need in drawing. Not only a single video i find on youtube on this topic.🙏🏻

  • @with-Aryan

    @with-Aryan

    9 ай бұрын

    If you have multiple views, and want only 1 view to show hidden lines, you can change only that view to show hidden lines, while the rest can have their hidden lines off. Else you can just redraw that single line using a construction line.

  • @karanoberoi3135

    @@with-Aryan ok means their is no option in solidworks like creo for required hidden line to show only.

    I enjoy learning from you. Keep up the great work. On one note, maybe you already know this, in the video I see you counting balloons. Here is the shortcut. Expand the the BOM using the Carrot arrow. It shows a balloon symbol if there is a balloon. If not, there isn't a balloon symbol next to it. (cheers)

    I came here hoping that you would explain how to auto fit the rows and columns based on the cell content. But alas... I see that you, like the rest of us, manually manipulate the size.

    @@with-Aryan It sounds like a pro tip til you try it. The way the algorythm jumps the rows and columns around will make you regret using it till you get a doctor's degree in mouse sensitivity lol. Anyway, solidworks need to address basic baby bugs (like equations nit rebuilding and many other allpha bugs), before adding new features. But that is the state of many software in our days. Greetings.
